Flavor Freeze — Restaurant in Galesburg

If I could give 0 stars I would , My recent visit to Flavor Freeze with my six children highlighted significant shortcomings in their customer service and operational management. With only two staff members working, the chaos was predictable. The woman handling orders was inattentive, leading to mistakes, including getting my youngest daughter's order wrong (which I didn't even get a chance to address). When my kids inadvertently took someone else's food, it was a natural mistake given the circumstances.

As a parent of six, my priority was ensuring my children's safety near a busy road, not micromanaging their food pickup. Unfortunately, the adults in line lectured and shamed my kids for the mix-up, displaying a lack of empathy, especially since the mistake originated from the confusion. I paid for the mixed-up food to resolve the situation because that's what decent people do. Flavor Freeze's mistake won't be on my babies because I'm their mama, and I will always be their advocate when they are unable to speak up. I’m quite disgusted by the way my children were villainized this world has become full of selfish individuals. I haven’t ever had a problem until this evening and the way they treated my kids like garbage our services fortunately will be to kastle cream where we never have nothing like this...

Omg where do I start! The tenderloins and shakes are the best. I have to come at least a few days out the week. Their food menu has an array of items. My son loves the fries and mini tacos 😊 he's only 2 but loves to come and get that with a kid's shake. It makes his day!The ice cream menu also has an array of items. Their specials are very reasonably priced😊 The customer service could be better. The staff is typically young and can take their time and not answer the phones but for the most part have had great customer service. When I moved away Flavor Freeze has always been one of my first stops for food. If this place were to close my heart...

My wife and I went here a few days back for the first time. We were looking for a place that had corn dogs and Flavor Freeze showed up in our searches. I personally tried the XL tenderloin, a corn dog, and cheese bites. Everything was very tasty! The tenderloin was huge, perhaps one of the biggest I have seen/eaten! To top it all off, I tried a twist ice cream cone. It was very creamy and hit that sweet spot! I would recommend this place if you are looking to satisfy your craving for fair/festival style food or if you are looking for a sweet treat. We will be going here again! We enjoyed...
