Two Brothers Cafe — Restaurant in Galesburg

Spilled a drink and had to.clean it up ourselves. Waitress took our appetizer plate that still had our sour cream and salsa on it that we were going to use. Waited 45min for our food and nothing we ordered should have taken that long while 2 other tables that came in at least 15 min after us got their food 1st. When we made eye contact with our waitress she just shrugged her shoulders and said idk what's taking so long. Got brought am empty bottle of A1 steak sauce. Bread was hard on sandwich. We had breakfast there this morning. It was ok. I stood around for awhile, while they ran around doing. . .things. . . before they seated us. They got us Fri ks right away, but took a bit before they got back to take our order It was a fairly busy time though. The food was alright. The biscuits were a bit doughy in the biscuits and gravy. Great food, service was amazing as well! The restaurant was clean, and inviting! The owner was very friendly and came out to check if everything was good, and of course it was! The portion sizes were large in comparison to other places! There are so many options to choose from on the menu, breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day and the prices are good too! Overall we are definitely going back! My husband and I are so happy we found a new place to go...
