Once again this week we arrive to have breakfast before we start our work day.. both doors are locked with customers in the building eating their breakfast, which is a major fire code violation, so we walked to the truck , called and were told and I quote " we are understaffed so we locked the doors" As an retired chef, I have never ever closed the doors of any restaurant I have ran due to being under staffed , we may have been in the weeds but never were the doors locked. The wait even when they are fully staffed is ridiculous. When you have waited for 10 mins for a sausage and biscuit, have to ask for you cup, there may be a serious problem. I'm just saying. I truly see why these chains are closing right and left. Its sad, hardee's use to be one of my favorite places to eat breakfast, now I guess I'll be looking for a new place because our locations are always under staffed and have to lock the doors, oh... unless you are a regular every day, then you get to come inside, sit down and eat your breakfast.. w.t.a.f ???? This location will be closing soon....
Read moreI love Hardee's breakfast and am so glad they serve it until noon on Saturday and Sunday. Sadly during my last visit I was appalled by the conduct of one of your employees. The place is literally lined up to the road on the drive thru, inside was just as full but said employee is on her phone with her back to the customers. Not filling orders right in front of her for waiting customers or helping take orders. Watched her 3 or 4 minutes on her phone. Meanwhile Ashley is killing it. Her shirt was different and she had on an apron obviously being put to good use. I told her she's doing a great job. I told the little girl on the phone to do her job, not loud or rudely, and to get off her phone, she finally put it in her pocket for a nano second. It made me angry for Ashley and the rest of the crew working so hard. There should be a no phone policy or 3 strikes your out because that child is not working very much and it's just rude and inappropriate in front of the customers. Ashley needs half her pay, or at least a raise! Hats off...
Read moreThis place needs new management and customer focus training. Interior closed at mid day. Menu left on breakfast, at least 4 staff on duty. Manager playing on phone in his personal truck instead of working. Hot ham and cheese served cold. Shakes served as thin as soda. Out of ingredients needed for menu items. Drive thru staff unfriendly. Was told about having to choose an alternative menu item after paying but not compensated for receiving a lesser priced item. My suggestion, either hire a manager that can actually run it or just shut it down and try starting a different type of business. I'm certain Mr. Lyerly (CEO) would not be pleased to hear these comments. The last year or so management changed it got considerably better. Here recently, there is a new manager and new staff taking orders. It has now regressed to the pitiful state it was before. Always out of things, the food is dry as it has been under a heat lamp too long. At this point I don't recommend any food here, just go...
