I just got back grim this sonic and I'm not happy. I tried calling a manager but no one answered and it went to a voice mail that's full. My order was messed up andthe service was horrible. I asked multiple times for mayo and mustard on my burger. They never replied to that so I asked for packets too. Not once during my order did they read it back or tell me that they were working on it. You order and it goes silent. The order was wrong. I got no mayo or mustard in any form and my drink wasn't diet. It wasn't marked diet on the cup but it was marked diet in the reciept. The car hop never said a word except to look on the reciept and see if one of the drinks was diet and she left without asking if I wanted me change. To be fair it wasn't much and I was going to tell her to keep it but you don't have to be rude. When I got home and saw all that wrong I tried to call right then. As I said above there was no answer and the message box was full. I am going to try again later. I will keep trying until I get a manager even if I have to go up there. Read moreI work at the hospital next door. I've been there twice in the last year and both times were crappy service and messed up orders. The first time I went about 30 mins before they closed and ordered 3 large coffees for my co-workers an d they complained about not having enough and having to make more. I mean it's just coffee how hard is it to push start? Tonight I went and made two separate orders. Each came withbone drink. They came out to deliver it with 6 drinks and the food. I politically told him one carrier was not mine for I could tell it was a red drink. One out of 6 drinks was the one I asked for. Then the guy takes my card for the first preset and $20 for the second which was $9.08. Handed me my card and a $10. That's it.. yes it was less than $1 that he owed but it wasn't my money. Read moreI've frequented this location for many years without issues other than getting extra ketchup has always been a bit of a challenge. But lately, my burgers are not correct. I specifically asked on speaker what I need to ask to be omitted to get my burgers with cheese, lettuce and mayo only. She said omit tomato, but when I do that I get onions and/or pickles and she got snotty and said if that's what I'm getting they aren't making them right. Asking for a cheeseburger with lettuce and mayonnaise only just creates a surprise bag delivered to the car. Errors happen on occasion (but really shouldn't) but nobody seems to know what to leave off for a "lettuce and mayonnaise only" burger. If a fast food joint expects a tip, they could come back later for the tip after the bag is opened and learn how to make a burger to order. It's just getting too frequent.
