No Reservations — Restaurant in Galloway Township

First time there and would never be back again the way my family was treated when we walked in by the server ERIC. Did not greet us ( looked at us when we came in no Hi,Good morning or anything) but a family came in after us and was greeted and sat down immediately! When the family told him there were people ahead of them he told them basically oh don’t worry about them. The girl I don’t know her name was supposed to wipe down the table (never did ) never saw her after that but she was our “waitress” . She greeted us and walked off 😏. The vibe we felt from Eric was off and he knew it as soon as we sat down. Never have I been to a restaurant that had plenty of open tables and family that had more people (and came in after us sat down immediately) we only had 3 people. I don’t know what this guy intentions where but he left a bad impression on everyone at our table! I told Eric to not even bother with our coffee and drinks we did not feel comfortable at all after that and when I told him that we weren’t even greeted but the other family was greeted and we were ignored by him, he said oh didn’t the other girl greet you? What a joke lol aren’t you supposed to greet everyone not just certain people?? Thats the vibe I got my first time stepping into this place certain people get better service then others.

The server needs to work on treating all customers the same I hope not everyone that works there is like that, the customer service needs improvement!

To owner: I think it’s kind of messed up saying “ I’m sorry you felt you were treated poorly “ 🤔🤯 WE DID get treated poorly that why we got up and left!! That’s crazy you would say that just take accountability for your rude...

I came to eat at this place last week because I heard great things but food was cold, you could hear the kitchen guys were cursing yelling and blasting music. Extremely unprofessional. The table seemed so small after only getting a couple plates of food we barely had room left to sit comfortably. The 2 stars is only for the service. I could have sent the food back but I did not have the time to wait for it to be remade. Also there was an old woman who clearly should not be working at her age who asked us the same questions multiple times. I am unsure what the roll of that woman is as she was cleaning tables and telling us that the food would be a long time, I assume that is why the food was cold when we received it. This place seemed like the owner has never worked with what customer service is suppose to be, customers should not be bothered by staff back of house or front of house. My server seemed annoyed with the surroundings and I agree, it was just plainly unprofessional and a bizarre experience. I think I would return to this place just to see if any changes are made in the future due to being a newer business. I loved the potatoes but they were also cold wish I got them while...

Edit: We went on the final morning 🌅 and had a delicious breakfast 🥞 🍳. The service was great and Eric was extremely hospitable. Sorry to see them close. Wish we were able to try them sooner. I wish him well in his future endeavors.............................I finally had a moment to comment on this establishment. I met a friend on a rainy morning a few weeks back that wanted to try this place. Upon entering there were others waiting.and a few more came in after us. Everyone was greeted with warm smiles and hellos except us. Everyone was seated (those there before AND those that came after us. We were left standing and when we asked a staff member that flitted by why were we still waiting....they answered with "Oh you want a table?". Ridiculous...we left immediately. Since then some of my crew were discussing this place and I told them about my experience. They laughed and said "You have to be a regular and they treat you like family....if they don't know you.... forget it...you are not recognized." I guess they have their loyal followers and don't need my money 💰. Terrible way to...
