McDonald's — Restaurant in Gallup

This time their customer service wasn't at it's highest rating. The cashier seemed lost and wasn't focused. I understand when your a new employee and being nervous is usually the case, but you should always try to remain professional and smile always,😊 Take a deep breath and hope the next customer is a lot nicer... Each customer will always have a reason to make it difficult for any cashier at a fast food franchise. Always give them your uninvited attention. Make sure their not forgotten as well.. In this case, I noticed she wasn't communicating properly and wasn't greeting whom ever walk in. Also what I noticed, which is very disturbing to see as a customer at any Restaurant, is when nobody isn't wearing their gloves during preparation or handling money as a cashier or preparing TO-GO Orders. Plus transferring food from one place to another. You should be able to change your gloves in between and each time you touch unsanitized surfaced... No Excuses!!!! Other then that, my meal was delicious. I know we're all humans and allowed one mistake. But we are still in the pandemic phase, So we should all continue to wear our mask and practicing social distancing at any Food Establishment and Business. Hopefully we learned from our mistakes and making them changes long-term. Keep doing what you do best Smile,,, Smile,,Greet whom ever inters those double clean doors. Customer service was horrible . They did not complete order . Had us drive back all food was cold and Manager stated he didn't care wasn't replacing meal or refunding money . Pretty sorry ! They screwed up and I paid for nasty service and cold food . Very least he could have done Is replaced my food . I tried to return cold food and get it replaced with what was not placed in order to begin with and make things right . He was very rude to my wife and would not speak to me . That's just wrong impolite and...

The service is pretty bad. I know it's fast food and it's McDonald's so i wasn't expecting much. They first started off by telling us that the total was $13.73, we gave him $13.75 and the cashier gave us $0.27 back... okay. Whatever. Then they messed up the burgers, left out the napkins, the sauce, and the fries are cold. I understand its fast food but there are some things that are standard such as giving you a straw with a drink. It took 20 minutes to go through drive thru with 3 cars...
