It’s 3 o clock night time I wana get subway frist I wait for her she don’t come than I talk to the other woman she works at loves she tells me knock the door I knock the door she comes she is so mad at me I don’t know why than I tell her make subway I think she has some kind ears problem she can’t hear me I have to talk so loud so she can hear me than she start fighting with me she tell me if you don’t want food you can go she don’t give me subway I think she is so old she don’t want work she just wants free money she is really rude I never had that much bad experience in my life I had tonight I don’t know her name she works night time it’s 3 o clock she is old Mexican woman with glasses I don’t want come to this place any more really really...

They were rude when I chose not to add extra meat to the sandwiches my family purchased. They even went as far as taking meat off my rotisserie chicken sandwich and when I called them out on it they got major attitude. The meat didn't even spread across the sandwich! The manager wouldn't even look at the sandwich, she just said " she's just doing her job". When I asked for the name of the lady who made my sandwich and the managers name she refused to give me the employee name so I had to get it myself which was stupid on her part because getting it was easy but the attitude only made the experience worse. There are other places to eat in Gallup, don't eat here it's a waste of money and not worth...

Order was ready by the time we got there. Subways website that I ordered through sent us to the otherside of town that doesn't do online orders. Only one worker was present. She called and said she couldn't give bottles of water that we would get a voucher for next door but she ended up giving us cups anyway. Due to COVID-19, everyone was trying to social distance, which is great but the line went in front of the soda machine. So, it took a while for the line to move enough to get to the fountain because of only one employee working. But the food was on point.
