No idea how this place has 4 stars. Both the service and the food were subpar. We waited at least 20 min in our waitress to come take our order but witnessed her sitting at the host stand on her phone during this time with several other servers. Once order was placed, it took another 35 min for mine to arrive. The person I was dining with did not get their food at the same time. When their order did finally arrive, it was not even close to what was ordered. It was sent back. Another 25 min until the correct plate was delivered. In spite of our cups being empty during each visit, our drinks were never filled. I asked for silverware 3x and the mayonnaise I ordered with my food twice after my plate was delivered. My CFS sandwich was over $15 and was a frozen beef particle patty like you’d get on a Dude sandwich at Dairy Queen. It was still cold in the center as well. The table beside us were having similar issues. I requested a manager who did come listen to the issues. She wxowkiwnd the waitress had resigned and this was her last weekend so she didn’t care too much. She then stated she’d take a look at my bill as she walked away with the 3/4 of my remaining sandwich(I took 2 bites because it was cold and poor quality). . The bill was then presented to me by the waitress and the item prices were INCREASED from what was in the menu and only one plate (a $7 plate) that’s w took to go was comped. We will most definitely not be back and will never...

The “owner” Jason, if that’s the owner, was very disrespectful. We were a party of 12 and while sitting in the parking lot called and asked if they would be able to accommodate our large group. So we walked up to the restaurant and stood there for a moment, not knowing if it was self seating or not, and a guy said “oh it’s first come first serve so where ever your party can fit, you can seat yourself.” & walked off. Puzzled, We looked around clueless. Half of us sat on one side of the restaurant, the other at another side. When we were finally greeted by the waitress and asked for our drink order, we were given no menus and immediately asked to speak to the manager. The manager happened to be the same guy who brushed us off when we first walked in. When we confronted him about how we did not appreciate his disrespectful attitude upon entering the restaurant, he immediately told us to leave. I’ve never met an owner who would handle a situation, regardless of right or wrong, with such disrespect or ignorance. Coming from someone who has several years of experience of owning, managing several customer service retail chains, I have never experienced any type of disregard for a...

We ate here last night. The open-air vibe was neat. It was very windy, but it was nice since it is 100+ outside and no inside air conditioning of any kind. We had the chips and salsa. The salsa had more of a tomato/ketchup taste? Chips seemed fresh and maybe even cooked in-house. We also had these empanadas that had sort of an ettoufee inside them and they were good. We also had the wedge salad (chopped), and it was good also. Then we ordered the Italian pizza. On the menu, it says it has olives, ham, salami, and of course cheese. It didn't specifically say green olives, so just a heads up. The crust is amazing, and I feel if we had known the type and quantity of green olives, we could have asked to leave them off. We love olives, but just the quantity of green olives made the pizza so salty we just ate one piece each. We did have a sweet waitress and another young lady who was super sweet checking on us. With a bit of tweaking, this food could be amazing. I don't want this to seem like a negative review because it's not. We will give it another shot in the future and try a...

We stopped by Hardheads for lunch and had a great experience. We started with the fried pickle spears, and honestly, they were probably the best fried pickles I’ve ever had. They had great seasoning in the crust, with a nice hint of dill, and the pickle inside was just crispy enough without being soggy. We added a side of the Bolivar sauce (a chipotle ranch with lime) for dipping, and it paired perfectly. For my meal, I had the shrimp platter and it was absolutely delicious. The shrimp were cooked just right and full of flavor. (The photo was taken after I ate a few). My wife had the nachos and they were ok. Our friends had the chicken Alfredo flatbread and it was just alright, they were envious of my fried shrimp. Highly recommend Hardheads, especially if you’re craving flavorful fried food and a laid-back coastal vibe.

Ordered the premium wagu nachos, my friend ordered the beef nachos, husband ordered shrimp basket. When food was brought out waitress had done my wagu as regular beef nachos, we both asked for sour cream she gave me mine but ignored friend..had to ask the busboy to bring her sourcream. Husband shrimp basket had 7 medium/small shrimp on it!!! Asked about y my 2 bloody Mary was $12 each for just lemon and olive (one I didn't even get the olive on)....was told loaded or not was $12 each
