Horrible service and the manager was the rudest restaurant manager that I have ever encountered. We get there and we had a kinda big party there was only one waiter he had no help drinks can out way later after we got there.. ordered beer the beer was very hot not even like warm. Ordered queso the queso was hard and cold. Food took the longest ever and it looked very unprofessional and my order was wrong never got the order correct as I ordered it. The fajitas were ice cold. We asked for ketchup for my kids nuggets the manager had to open a ketchup bottle from the store peeled the top off with his bare hands No gloves or mask worn by anybody!!! Did not see any employees wash their hands! Complained to manager he gave no apologies he treated us with the most absolute rudeness ever! He then called the cops on us for complaining about the food! Horrible Horrible experience! We will tell everyone never to visit this restaurant!!! We will never ever eat here again!! Our waiter was very nice and did all he could considering the manager never helped him and he was all alone. You all just lost much business due to your lack of customer service and understanding your consumers!! Never go to Estella’s in...
Read more👎👎 PASS! If you consider this Mexican food or Tex-Mex, you live under a rock. I am from Houston and this place is a joke. The “adult” portions for $15 a child can eat in one sitting. Not at ALL like anywhere we’ve EVER eaten! We’ve eaten in many states. Nobody asked if we needed drink refills, a napkin or if we needed anything at all. They gave us the check, but didn’t offer a to-go box. Now I know why. The waitress was a joke. She sat on her butt the whole time. When we had to ASK for flour tortillas, she acted like it killed her to walk fifteen steps to grab us two of them. My husband ordered a flour burrito with steak and cheese. It wasn’t flour, was made with hamburger meat and had no cheese. A burrito is not deep fried. It looked like a beef egg roll. They do not serve green sauce or have jalapeños. I really don’t get how they are in business. They had one beer in the place. Literally. I’ll get a hot pocket from now on or... wait until that diner place opens. Thank gosh we aren’t staying here...
Read moreEstella's has been an established place in this small town of Ganado for many years now. They've updated many of their items on the menu since they first started. One of the best cheap dishes here would be the carne guisada taco for just 4.50 served on a homemade tortilla or if you're looking to eat good you can get the steak milanesa. It's served with rice and beans and comes with homemade tortillas. It has a juicy yet spicy taste to it and it only comes at a cost of 12.99. They serve homemade chicken fried steak with mash potatoes and green beans, which is a special. Also the staff there are really nice and will literally make you whatever you want if they have it. Ate here many times and would again. I would highly...
