My father came here to order food and no one was there. another man came after my father and the guy working(finally showed up)& asked the second guy how he could assist. (Ignoring my father) when brought up the guy said this in regards to my father “He can wait.” Excuse me but how is this fair and good customer service?? Because of this employees actions, we no longer feel deserve our business. And it’s sad to say because the food...

Absolutely love this place, for being local and service is great but recently been disappointing.... always loved there burgers but recently got a patty melt and there was soooooooo much onion I was in shock. It wasnt even enjoyable.... Onions weren't even grilled and I love onions but it was just too much. My onion rings were not good. There salads are iceberg lettuce. Gross. Will take my service to crazy wings and more in Edna...

Great tasting burger with friendly and helpful workers. I got fried okra instead of French fries and could not be happier about it, I wish more places did that. Hopefully I'll be driving through Ganado more often because the burger was so good and I am definitely stopping here again. If Houston didn't have so many good burger spots KW's would be well worth the...
