Absolutely fantastic time, my fiance and I stopped in a whim looking for a nice brunch and coffee. Upon entry the low subtle stir of people enjoying their own lives and the smell of various coffees filled the air creating a warm environment. Plenty of seating in different areas as was as variety of style for comfort. After a little bit of browsing the menu we set our sights on the tomato avo toast. We barely found a spot to sit and our drinks were already waiting for us to pick up. Over all both staff members I interacted with were very chill dudes professional helpful and all around very welcoming. I absolutely do recommend this nice little spot not really hidden but definitely a gem. I hope that the two gentle man working September 1 at noon get at least a little recognition because they were great.

Coffee is good. You can taste the espresso and it's not too sweet. But the food is not good. Ordered an avocado toast. The sauce that is put on the toast is gross. The avocado has no taste. No salt or pepper or lime in the actual avocado. I ordered it with an egg and it was still not good. Just some feedback, change out your bread. Put some thought into your avocado and please do not put that gross sauce that belongs on sushi on your avocado toast.

Great vibe great coffee. We odered a espresso shot and pumpkin spice latte. This was the best pumpkin spice latte I had and I order that every where. Not too sweet with a balance mix of flavors. Espresso shot was well brewed and not burnt up like most places. Loved the vibe. Clean and new couches with natural light and far from depressing. Definitely recommend.

I'm always in awwww at every location I go to. From the Eagle location, Downtown and 27th, each venue is just more stunning. I'm happy to see that this joint opened up in this area! I have been out of town for the last few weeks patiently waiting for it to open. And I finally got to check it out of today.

This joint is huge! And what I appreciate most is the huge garbage doors that they had open. The breeze and fresh air felt so good this morning. The setting is so pretty. Plenty of seating and tables. It's their best venue yet.

I got myself an iced americano with room for cream today. As usual, my coffee was great! The gentleman behind the counter was really nice. We chatted about the renovation and how they transformed this place into it's magical space. The barista who made my drink didn't leave room for cream but we got it all squared away, easy fix.

I'm happy this joint is around my neck of the woods. I'm in the middle of all the locations so no matter which direction I go, I got a good cup of coffee for me. I'm happy to see this local joint prospering and popping up in different locations. Nothing better than supporting a local business and seeing them flourish! I can't wait to come back and actually kick it here. The venue is pretty magical. Good coffee, cool vibe and great people, you can't get any...

We came from Colorado and looked up good spots to eat and found the Alchemist on Chinden. This spot is relaxed, and fun. The environment is perfect for a good start to the morning. The food here is amazing! The Breakfast Garden cheesy potato burrito was so delicious. My boyfriend took his time and closed his eyes everytime he took a bitne. Every bits he commented on the flavor and the overall quality of the burrito. I had the egg bites and they are delicious way better than Starbucks or generally a lot of egg bites I have had. They are cheesy and delicious. I added a side of avacodo and let me tell you it is freshly squashed and delicious! More so the coffee is perfect. The professionalism of the staff is top notched. Our server was Tyler M and he was nice and hospitable. Overall a great find I recommend to everyone who's visiting or...
