Casa De Madera Mexican Food Truck — Restaurant in Garden City

Well this on was a surprise for me. It’s only the second restaurant/food truck that I have given a five star 🌟 rating on all aspects I use for my criteria. The seating was very nice with a very nice covering. The staff were all so very nice and helpful. The two street tacos were twice the size of most of the others that I have eaten. And the price point at 2.50 was an exceptional good price. The carnitas have that crisp and the bite that I enjoy. The Al pastor had that orange color and the bite I have come to enjoy. Our first time here, we almost missed the food truck as it is in front a car auto/mechanic shop and the food truck itself is black. There is parking by the good truck and also has tables and shade for customers to eat at.

It is quite expensive, we spent $50 for 3 people. We ordered 2 tortas, 1 agua de horchata, 2 jaritos and 3 tacos de asada. The toritllas are handmade fresh, and tacos were absolutely phenomenal 👌🏻. They provide plenttyyy of salsa if you eat there. We went on a sunday around 12 ish/1 for lunch. It was not busy and we got our food within a timely manner and service was great!

Ive eaten at Casa De Madera twice now in the last 3 days. I thought it was so delicious that I wanted to try more. My first time I had probably the greatest American breakfast burritos I've had in Boise. (Sausage, cheese, potato). Today I wanted to give them an all-around answer, and tried their carne asada tacos/ with extra lime. I am pretty particular about my authentic tacos.
