The Salty Pickle — Restaurant in Garden City

Loved it here. Cups of pickles, cheesy bread w/ pickle ranch, french dip sandwiches and tenders in pickle seasoning were awesome. Pickle pizza was alright, just bland. The atmosphere was great, the staff was fantastic. It was kinda sad that they were putting chairs on tables by 930 (they are posted open until 11) while people were still eating in the room. Even if they say "oh dont worry, you're fine" it still makes the customer feel like they are inconveniencing the staff. I enjoyed this place so much!! The food is wonderful, the staff is so friendly, the location (on the beach) is perfect and even the fellow customers were a delight. It was my first time trying it and they all made us feel like we had been friends forever. The food is not what I would call "fancy", but it's delicious! Family ordered the taco pizza, cheeseburger, and Italian sandwich. The cheeseburger was very small and the patty was smaller than a McDonald’s kids burger patty. Definitely not worth tha $13.
