I recently visited Bengong's Tea in Garden Grove, and while there were some good aspects, there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
The store has about 18 seats inside and 6 seats outside, making it a small, cozy spot. Despite the store not being crowded, we had to wait over 10 minutes for our drinks. As for the drinks, they were decent and reasonably priced. However, my cousin was disappointed with his Peach Oolong Milk Tea. He had expected it to look like the photo on the menu, complete with a cream topping, but it was missing. The cashier didn’t ask if he wanted the cream, so that was a bit of a letdown.

This location has never messed up my drink, so they’re doing pretty well. But every time I come here, I wonder if I’ll ever see them smile. They always seem focused on just making the drinks, not really on connecting with customers. Not a deal-breaker for me. Will I keep coming back? Yes. But it’s definitely missing that...
