So Gross chewing into someone's hair inside my sandwich! This was my first time visit and was looking forward having their sandwich but first bite was a disappointment of not fresh bread Then almost end of the half of it I felt something unlike it should in my mouth. Hey! Owner of this place you better imagine how I felt when I found I was chewing someone's hair!!! I asked them nicely first to let me know if no need of worry getting any sickness from this hair just incase in these days you never know where you get uncureable diseases from. And they never responded at all to my E mail. They could at least apologize for shocking me as a owner of food business? ?? I thought they are so irresponsible as a food server and figured this must happens to them often. There's no way I gi back there eat their sandwich knowing it might happen again anytime cause they never assured me the future prevention with a descent sincerity.

I was not excited about the name, but yelp gave it a great review. As we approached the door, one of the guys on break got up and ooened the door for us. Everyone inside was sweet & friendly. They introduced themselves, started good conversations, and made us feel like regulars. The place was clean, really clean. Clean enough i started looking to see if they had just repainted. They hadnt, they just take really good care of the shop. Which means they also take pride in the food they make and the ingredients they use. If you are looking for food off the 405, stop in here! Update: 3rd visit, still very impressed by the service!

I almost didn't find this place but it's right before the church on the western side of vermont. I'm so glad I did two Uturns to get here. Outside isnt too beautiful but inside it's pretty upbeat. The staff was friendly and informed. I got a Reuben sandwich for my first try. For the sandwich: Dressing is subtle. Meat is juicy. Marble rye with caraway seedsis soft and beautiful. The size of the sandwich was pretty big. The sauerkraut was fine. Overall a great sandwich. I want to try their others, as they have 15 speciality sandwiches as well as build your own. They accept cash or card. Prices are 10 and up. 10/10 would come again.

This place single-handedly ended my search for an amazing sandwich in the South Bay LA area. Step aside Sandwich Blvd, step aside Giuliano's, step aside Busy Bee, etc etc.

Located in an unsuspecting lot shared with a liquor store and across from a truck lot, you'll find red tents that tout the Boar's Head name. Inside, you'll find the best damn sandwiches you could have.

First thing's first - the customer service is amazing. I was welcomed by a friendly man behind the counter; I told him I was in search of the best sandwich in the area and he confidently said this would be it.

The menu is quite extensive; to order, you need to pick up a laminated menu and mark what you want with a marker. They allow for a plethora of customizations, which will allow you to make your own idea of the perfect sandwich. I went for the Pop's Italian, with no modifications, to get an idea of how they stack it up.

I grabbed myself a bag of Tim's Jalapeno chips and a Snapple and sat down as I waited for the sandwich. Eventually, the man (I really should have asked for his name, but I'll catch it next time) came to me and handed the sandwich himself. "Enjoy," he said.

The eyes and the phone ate first; the sandwich looked massive and juicy, so I already knew it was the real deal. The first bite was an explosion of flavor. The avocado, the rye bread, the bacon, and all the other things stuffed inside came together in harmony.

I reluctantly traded the other half of my sandwich to my friend in exchange for their half of the Slammin' Italian. That sandwich was amazing too, although I think I'm already sold on Pop's. In my opinion, the Slammin' Italian was a tad too heavy on the oil, whereas the Pop's felt cleaner and more refreshing.

Be warned that this place is closed on Sundays; you have to catch them every other day, before 6PM.

I'll be coming back VERY soon to try the rest of the...

THIS REVIEW IS DIRECTED @ AN EMPLOYEE & HER ACTIONS IN THE PARKING LOT on MONDAY January 23, 2023 (I want the owner to see it since they weren't there) My wife & I pulled into the lot to shop at another store in the strip mall. Because of an accident, I sometimes need help exiting a vehicle & my wife was holding the car door so I could exit the vehicle more easily. We heard someone yell "YOU BETTER NOT HIT MY CAR!!". She repeated it more than once. We were being cautious. That's why the wife was holding our door. (I should add, her car was parked awkwardly, which is why I was concerned.)

-skip forward, 15min later- As we were being helped by the proprietor at the store we had come to shop in, we heard a noise behind us & the Yo Way employee had come down to that other shop & yelled at me thru the open front door. None of us heard what she said because she ran back out & started up her own car & moved it to a location nearer to the sandwich shop.

Why bother to write this? Simple. The YO WAY shop owner should be aware of how their employees are acting in the parking lot to the customers of businesses surrounding their shop.

If this is the type of help they hire, g0d knows what the food tastes like. 🤔 to the shop owner - respond if you see this. I'd like to hear...

Great little hole in the wall sandwich shop!

Don't let the area deter you away from this place!

I was visiting for the week and I looked up places to eating during my stay. Yo-Way popped up on yelp with 800+ 5 star reviews. I thought...no way could it be this good with only 5 stars.

My friend lives just about less than a mile away so that was super convenient!

When we arrived, we were the only ones so we got all the attention. The person behind the counter was so nice. He knew it was our first time here judging by our confused looks. Customer service is on point! You order by putting your name on the piece of paper and check off which sandwich you want. You can build your own or check off one of their own.

I checked off the Blazin Cajun and my friend built her own.

I just want to say that these sandwiches are soooooo fresh. The sauce, the meat, the lettuce, and even the bread. Super fresh tasting. Even my friend who built her own was in love with her sandwich.

We were even greeted by the owner and he was so courteous and nice!! Love supporting local businesses.

I just helped my friend find her new sandwich spot! And the sandwich shop just gained a new...
