Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Gardena

Although the food was nice and warm and they didn't mess up at all on my very big breakfast order, the fact that they were having some sort of like big mtg, or like a family reunion, or SOMETHING of the nature, because there were quite a few Asians there, and they had put a bunch of tables together, and they were all VERY, VERY, LOUD, and they also literally seemed to be the only group of people that were being very much catered to by Jack in the Box, it was just a tiny bit upsetting. I personally took my own order to-go so I wasn't that worried about it, but I know other patrons we're probably a bit frustrated because not only were they hardly being helped, but they also had like between 4 and 6 tables to sit at outta the whole restaurant of like 18 to 20 tables....could be a bit upsetting for sure. Not to mention all the noise that was going on too. Like I said though, they did manage my own big order, and they did successfully get it all right the first time, and they also TAKE EBT as well, which was definitely a very good thing, so for that I was very much pleased personally so with all that being said...... THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND...

The Jack in the Box in Gardena on Artesia is the closest to my home. I visited 3 times this week and ordered the $3.00 Motzarrella Sticks munchies every time. They were out of Marinera sauce every time but instead of letting me know.....the 1st time, I got home to find salsa in the bag instead of Marinera sauce that complements the meal.....the 2nd time I overheard the drive thru lady tell the cashier guy " We're out of Marinera, give her Salsa" I tried the salsa again but the taste completely changes Iso I went back inside to tell the cashier" Next time, tell me that you are out of Marinera sauce and give me options instead of assuming that I like Salsa" so I asked for Ranch.....the 3rd time ( today) I went through the drive thru and I over heard the Crew Manager man tell the same drive thru lady to make me wait. Sure enough, I waited a while for my order. When I finally received my order, I looked in the bag and there was Ranch sauce. I did not say a word and drived off. I'm not the type to write reviews but I don't appreciate in the manner that business is been conducted at this...

I drove through on December 14, 2018 around 11:28 and the lady who was helping me was really rude!!! When she handed me the drink she nearly threw it at me and then slammed the window, no smile, no interaction. By the time she gave us our food she was going to shut the window on me and I asked if she had any buttermilk sauce and she responded with "we ran out" and shut the window again, not saying sorry, didn't even warn us that they were out just rude! I don't know what her problem was but she doesn't deserve that position. She makes your business look bad with her ugly attitude. That's not all, when we got home our sandwich was wrong just wrong! First of all the bread wasn't even toasted, it only came with one patty with cheddar cheese, no white cheese in sight. Not like the picture. Like they just rushed my order. Who ever is managing this place needs to get their...
