UPDATE 5/18/2022
The store has indeed gone down hill the past 6 months, the store sometimes only has 1 delivery driver during shifts and with a huge back up on orders even on less busy days they're still struggling to keep up. Orders placed for delivery can sometimes take up to 2 hours or more.
The quality of the food has gone down hill as well. Pan pizzas for example are not being properly prepared. They're instead being made as if they're standard hand tossed styled pizzas. Sometimes there is no equal distribution of sauce and cheese on the pies and they're just plain crust. The only time I trust that my pizzas are made properly is when Jessica is on shift.
As for a personal complaint, the bacon that dominos uses is terrible. I'd say about 2 years ago it was great and I used to order it on my pizzas every time. Too much fat, not enough meat. The meat that is used is more akin to canadian bacon.
If you want good pizza go to Gardner local Patriots, Sorentos or even Parker house pizza.
UPDATE 12/29/2023
The store has recovered for the most part in the last year. More delivery drivers and a competent staff are making orders. I'd say the only thing they need to improve on in the kitchen is consistency and accuracy with special requests. Pretty often I'll revieve a pizza that's has garlic seasoning that I requested not be added and a pizza that I asked be cut in squares, but instead recieve with traditional slice cuts. It may sound ridiculous to some people that I'd complain about how a pizza is cut. Understand that I do this on purpose to...
Read moreThey've been terrible lately. Not getting the correct orders and drivers leaving with your order that they promised to let you keep. Not good service in general
Just revisited them today June 12. Over 4 hours for a pizza and still waiting. Very disappointing you gotta catch them on their slowest day to get your pizza within one hour if your lucky. If not then dont order delivery from them, theyll just ghost you for 3 hours and act like making people wait tht long is justified. Thank God i called to refund everything and still make them deliver it. They even tried to get me to pay for it still even after waiting well over three and half hours when i did call them. Asking something petty like tht after waiting so long is just awful management. But the terrible manager or whoever runs scheduling tht thinks one driver is enough for a Sunday with a 50% off deal on their menu pizzas was a good idea is absolutely stupid for allowing tht. Make a little less so everybody gets their food in a timely manner instead of waiting 3-4 plus hours...
Read moreI am so sorry to do this to a company i used to love and work for. My pan pizzas were made subpar. The usual crust was flattened, which defeats the purpose of paying extra. When i called to resolve the matter (after tipping the driver and paying a delivery charge) i was rudely told that i would have to go to the store with the 4 pizzas (i dont have a car) to prove my case. I was denied when i asked a driver to come see the uneaten pizzas. After pleeing for compassion with someone who said they were the manager (who refused to provide his first name on request) i was called a liar and hung up on with refusal to offer any resolution. I must say after such a bad experience, i was pleased that the manager at the leominster dominos was very kind and helpful, and promised to look into the situation for me. In a time where we are relying on delivery services as the only way to get prepared food, i hope we can all cooperate as much as possible to deflate tension and stress where it is...
