I normally never write reviews but I’m a very unsatisfied loyal customer.... My family orders from here at least 2 times a week. We called to order on 9/18 at about 5:45 and they gave us a 25 mins wait. I get there and ask for my order and one of the ladies said and this is her exact words “Are you sure you ordered from here?” I replied “Yes I ordered about 30 mins ago now.” She talks among the 4 other people working in the kitchen and no one even remembers my order. So finally they get my order in and tell me another 15 mins....Meanwhile I had a screaming 1 year old and a very hungry 6 year old back at home waiting and they are not happy they have to wait longer. You would think with loyal customers that order at least 2 times a week they would admit their mistake and to make their customer happy they would give a credit to your order right!? WRONG!! I was told I would have a credit on my NEXT order and not this one.. and when I told them that in the past when I had a problems with delivery they said the same thing and I never received any credit. So instead the best they could do is a free 2 liter soda that was never a part of my order! Now I understand they were really busy, but they had 5 people working in the kitchen and the way they handled their mistake was completely unprofessional. Any other places would have gladly given me credit off of my order, in order to keep me as a customer. They have lost my families business, we will be taking our business at any of the other pizza places in Gardner...
Read moreMy boyfriend ordered a large ham pizza at 6:11, he gave the lady on the receiving line his number and the address, along with directions too my door. We waited about 50 minutes before calling to see the progress. Mind you the store is literally up the road from my house, takes two minutes too drive here. The lady on the phone said that they called a total of three times and that they had sent a delivery driver here, but nobody knocked on my apartment door. She read off the number that she had supposedly called three times, with a rude tone, and it was the wrong number. She said the pizza was only sitting out for two minutes, But when it arrived it was cold, and looked like it had been sitting out for atleast 15. AND the delivery driver gave my boyfriend attitude, blaming him for not picking up the phone when he called (even though he called the WRONG number) after my boyfriend had JUST corrected the number over the phone. And on top of that, the driver kept his hand out as if he was expecting a tip. I order pizza from here all the time, the lady on the phone even knew the apartment location. Yet the delivery driver failed too come to my DOOR both times, instead aimlessly walked around my parking lot. In conclusion, AWFUL costumer service. I wish I went too...
Read moreI ordered a Hawaiin pizza and side of fries to go. It was ready on time, and the woman who helped me pay was kind. But those are the only nice things I have to say about this experience.
Food: The pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had. The crust was thin and the end crust was so burnt and overcooked, even someone with the strongest teeth would throw it away. It cut up my mouth. The cheese was rubbery, there was hardly any sauce, and what little ham there was on the pizza was overcooked and chewy. The fries were served in a greasy paper bag stapled shut (watch out for that staple!), and were also overcooked. My biggest complaint about the fries is that they were way too salty. The kind of salty that you need to shake the fry off before you eat it.
Atmosphere: They had a huge dining area, but no tables. Lights were lowly lit, and it was at least 105 degrees in there. There was a small, low counter with phones and notepads on it, but apparently you're supposed to pay with the person behind the 5 foot tall plywood wall. I had to stand on my toes to sign my credit card receipt. It was really bizarre.
Overall, we will never eat here again. We only went here because the phones for Patriot and Sorrentos were down....
