Update: 18% gratuity is added to your bill even if only you and ONE other person. My first bill was only $83, I noticed how low it was so my brother and I decided to buy a few more shots since our Bill was low. My total then came to 124.99 that’s the ONLY receipt I signed. Nothing on ANY of the 4 receipts said anything about gratuity!. They stole about 60 dollars from my account on top of the 125 I spent in the establishment. Wouldnt the gratuity be apart of the “124.99” and show up as one transaction on my statement, not two?.

My first time here was last night 3.16.25. No one was in the establishment…. Food took 1 hour to get to us Chicken was soggy tasting Lamb chops was TOUGH! The kicker is the bartender whom is well known in Cleveland as stripper double charged my card, stealing money from me.! EVEN THOUGH I TIPPED HER IN CASH. Aries Restaurant and Lounge I was at this establishment recently and waited over an hour for food. At one point the cook left and didn't drop my order. Apparently the next one was late. I had already paid so I waited and the bartender was new and not relieved as well. Very unprofessional. Management/Owner did not acknowledge me or the situation. This is the second time I had this issue with waiting forever as well as friends. The food is overpriced for the location. The Alfredo once I received it was basically greasy noodles with salmon on top. Also don't eat here if seafood allergies due to cross contamination also happened on a visit here. Don't say that you don't cross contaminate and then drop fries in the same grease. I hope it does get better as it is close but please Do Better MGMT. New young lady is a keeper. I would’ve gave a higher star if it wasn’t for the cook… he was rude and inconsiderate of his coworkers, and not to mention slower than a snail that just woke up… he takes forever with the food, then when the patrons are asking the bartender on the status of our order, he proceeds to rudely tell the bartender that he doesn’t want her to come disturb him and ask him that, as he will send the food to the front when he’s ready. That put so much pressure on the bartender… because as the cook, he’s taking forever… as patrons, we are concerned… and she’s stuck in a rock and a hard place on what to do for her customers. Food was good, the bartender was a sweetheart, but it’s SO not worth the unprofessionalism and the ignorant service that we received from the cooks....
