Very disappointed. Went to pick up a picadera pequena and was very disappointed not what I had order. Quality of food got worse after only ordering 4 times.First time it brought couple things, which the girl told me it came with pretty much a little bit of everything , like both yuca frita and tostones and it comes with couples sides choices chicharron, loganiza, chuleta, salami and queso frito ), which she told me I could gt more then 2 choices on top of the tostones and yuca frita . Then the next two times, I order it and then messed up the order wanted it was yuca frita picadera and the only put tostones. Then they told me that it didn't bring all of what I order the first two times. Last time that I went about an hour and half before closing to the actual store and order the picadera again, of yuca frita and ask for chicharron de pollo, loganiza, chuleta, but the girl told me that it only came with 2 sides. To make it even more disappointing they put tostones instead of the yuca frita, which I originally ask for. So she told me I had to wait, which was fine then when I got my order they had mad it with tostones and not yuca frita. So then she told me she had heard me say tostones, which I specially ask for yuca not tostones when I place the order so then I had to wait again and they were pretty much closing. When they finally gave me my order, when I got home the yuca frita was disgusting and not made properly. The girls attending there were very unprofessional because they were almost closing they didn't care to make what I order or better yet make it probably. Very poor service. No consistentcy what so ever. Don't waste your time after the first order. They give less and less. NEVER...

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I figured I would give it shot because it's local. I like to support local businesses in garfield with my patronage whenever I can.

I placed an order at 7:30pm on a friday and it was never delivered. After over an hour of waiting I called deliver.com to find out what's going on because the web page says to contact them. Nobody could find out anything because nobody speaks english at the restaurant except the manager who isn't available. In the middle of me waiting it shows on the webpage that the order was delivered. Where? I have no idea because it definitely wasn't delivered to my house. I even left a note on the order to call me when outside.

I never received a call, knock at the door, nothing. You can't miss my house. It was the only house on the block with the front lights on. It's a very bright front light with the house number clearly illuminated.

I ordered soup there cause I love soup all year round, the second time it was terrible. I asked the lady to please give me lots of noodles, because I love noodles and a lot of vegetables. It was like she Didn’t acknowledge anything I asked her, which was very rude, honestly I should’ve checked it before I left and I would’ve told her I don’t want soup like this. I asked you for more noodles, small pieces of chicken so, she puts in the container very very little noodles a large potatoe one carrot and a big lump of chicken very watery, also the other food did not look appetizing at all. The pork looked very greasy and fatty too much fat some looked OK but I won’t know, because I will not go there again. Waste of money un appetizing. PLUS they talk over the food, which is unsanitary.
