La Bella Pizza — Restaurant in Garfield

Ordered a pizza about two weeks ago the pizza it was supposed to be half pepperoni half sausage onions and peppers the whole pizza came and it was all pepperoni and all sausage peppers and onions and I called back and they said they would send me a free pizza next time so next time came call to order my pizza didn't even want a large square pie just wanted One round pie and I was going to buy another round pie they said they can only give me $10 off of my order I was very pissed off I thought I got ripped off because the other pizza was over 20 something dollars and just for the record Hindu Indians but the recipe to LaBella's pizza in Garfield New Jersey and so that's is making the pizza there now just for the record done...

Order through GrubHub, the sauteed spinach in garlic and oil was not sealed properly and put in a paper bag. When the GrubHub delivered it to me, the bag was soaked in oil and spilled down the front of my jacket. I also ordered fries with extra cheese and received just fries. I called them and he said that I didn't pay for cheese but there was no price under the option. Then I explained that the spinach had spilled through the bag and down on my jacket. No response from him, no I'm sorry, no I'll give you a refund just nothing. And there meatballs sucked, they must have been made with the cheapest ground beef they could buy. So no I'm never ordering out...

In the past I gave an excellent review for this place, because the pizza we got was the best we ever had, crunchy, fresh, very tasty. But recently the pizza we got was gummy, as if taken out of microwave oven. So this place can really do a great pizza, but it seems like hit or miss sometimes. The owner definitely strives for the best, but it may depend on whoever else is actually doing the pizza. Overall, I have to drop this review from 5 to 3 stars. We reported the issue with the pizza quality, the lady said the owner would call us back, and...
