Ive ordered from Castellos before and everything was great. Before, I was in the neighborhood, so just dropped by, placed my order in person and waited for my food. The last time, I looked up the menu online and saw where their preferred method to place an order was on the Slice app and you got 10 percent off. Downloaded the app, placed my order. I got a notification that my order would be ready between 610 pm and 625. Waited a few minutes and headed that way. When I arrived at the location, I noticed another notification that my order was ready. Walked into the restaurant, walked up to the counter and the young guy behind the counter just looked confused. It was 620 pm. There was another older man sitting at a table off the side. He jumped up and said to have a seat, order would be ready in a minute. I sat down and was watching what was happening and then it dawned on me that they hadn't even started on my order. So I asked the older man what was going on with my order and he said he was on the phone with Slice. By this time, it was about 630 pm. I told him that if the order wasn't ready by 640 pm, to cancel it and refund my money. In a few minutes, the younger guy came out with a box and said your order is ready. I should have checked it, but trusted him. When I got the pizza home, it was clear that they had rushed the order. The crust in the center was still doughy and undercooked. Well, I want to be as fair as possible with this review regarding my experience at this place. I'll go step by step

Establishment: it is a simple establishment without any decorations or signs that are constantly encouraging you to spend and spend haha, from the moment you walk through the door the cleanliness and organization is noticeable, the music at a perfect volume in my opinion and also perfect for the moment, the bathroom impeccable and neat.

Service: without a doubt we are dealing with professional service people with a familiar and homely touch that makes you feel comfortable.

Pizza: I will only talk about the pizza because that is what my wife and I went for specifically. First of all, if you are a lover of Italian pizza, you should definitely go to this place. I have always thought that pizza is a piece of art that honors the person who makes it. Without a doubt, this place has one of the best pizza masters. The first thing I always evaluate is the pizza dough. This is basic and fundamental. Believe me when I tell you that the pizza they make here is exclusive. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapeño, onion, tomato and basil. All of this in perfect quantities so that I can taste each flavor. The crispy crust is a feast for the palate. I think that if they keep up this pace of business, at some point there will be lines to eat there, although I also understand that they have delivery.
