I always have a pleasant experience at this specific location, today however I had a concerning visit. While the girl was taking my order in the line another girl was yelling, the girl continued to take my order and the girl walked up closer yelling for her to move my car up. 1- very rude, you are interrupting my experience! 2- I was trying to view the menu and I was asking questions about the promo on the menu is why I did not move forward! 3- yelling in front of a customer shows how you treat your staff, if she was a manager or not she needs to coach her employee 1 on 1 not loud in front of the whole line! The person who took my order handled the situation calmly, I would have got the manager at the window but the line was pretty long I chose not to hold them up but to later make a review so corporate can see what us customers are seeing, this was not appropriate and made me feel rushed, the girl who took my order was the nicest, everyone here is always so nice, I hope to update my review to a 5 star after...

Read moreWas there on a day that was 1 line of very patient customers. Then using the 2nd line a lady comes up and cuts in front of everyone stating she was told to by the manager. It upset 3 vehicles especially when she started cussing everyone out. I told her it was ok to use 2nd line but be courteous and go in order. She said she didn't have to because Dutch Bro person told her to do it. Now I love their coffee but when they took her order in front of 3 people that had waited 15 minutes in line to her 3 minutes that was just not very good customer service. Maybe your workers could learn the art of customer service at this location. I normally go to Buckingham location and they have 3 lines going at once and never have I ever had them be rude or go out of order. Also bought 4 drinks and didn't get my points.
