I was given a cold, hours old, half eaten pizza.
I write mostly positive reviews. Most of the time, a bad experience is something that's a one time or some extenuating circumstance. This was not the case with Dominos.
I ordered on the app on Tuesday 6/22 at 640pm for pickup at 7pm.Ā I saw him glance at the pizzas and didn't check myself since he looked.
When I got home and opened the box (see image below), this pepperoni pizza was half gone and one of the pieces had been nibbled. I immediately drove back with the entire order. We were also missing one of the 4 we ordered. The manager was somewhat ok about it but didn't apologize and blamed the label maker?? Label issues do not result in a half eaten, hours old pizza in my order.
I believe this may have been a snack pizza for the staff... but the fact that it was in an area where it could be given to a customer means they were possibly eating in the food prep area. The pizza had to be in the food prep area and not in a breakroom. They seem to have been eating the pizza in the area... or else they gave me someones rejected half eaten order.Ā The other possibility is that i somehow got a pizza that was sent back?? EitherĀ way...
That's just wrong and unsanitary.
The manager did refund the money and remade 3 of the 4 pizzas. However, it was an hour after pickup once I got home with the correct order. The boneless chicken and the first pizza were cold. It was also almost 8pm and the kids had already eaten something else. :(
Orders get messed up. That's fine. But receiving a used and eaten pizza is not acceptable. I question the sanitization and safe food handling procedures...

I tried on wifi, and cell service, no dice. So I called the store and explained to them what was going on and that I couldn't place my order. The girl that answered said "so what do you wanna do", I explain that I would like to place my order as I have been trying to. She then said I cant give you the same price because that's online pricing. So I asked to speak to the manager because the difference was a total of 13 dollars vs 25 on the phone. A man answered and I explained the situation to him as well, I told him I tried to place the order online but their website was not working and that it was not my fault so I did not understand why I couldn't get that coupon. His response was "well it's not my fault either, I dont control the internet" at which point I just said I'll call corporate. This was extremely rude of a response, no symptoms or offers and yes it is Domino's fault. Clearly they are having issues with the website updates. I go here once a week because my daughter's live pizza. Will be little Caesars from now on. This service is terrible and I dont recommend spending...

But that can only be been if you are making an order. I even called 3 times today 7/26/25 and the phone line says itās still experiencing technical difficulties. Our pizza was not hot, no extra beef and no garlic seasoned crustš©. And both of the pasta bowls were over cooked. We couldnāt even reheat them because they hardly had any sauce and would have become more dry. Our pizza had to be reheated in the oven and eaten with cold pasta bowls that werenāt even full š. This location usually has outstanding food quality, the ball was dropped on this one. The only good thing was the great customer service from the delivery driver Deesa. She was so nice and even verified the delivery before handing it over and I really appreciated that. Hope we get her again on our next order. And I was given a 20% off my next order which I appreciate but honestly Iād rather have the order replaced with the good quality food I know you all can serve. Youāve got this...
