Thursday, July14, 2022 as well as Wednesday July 13,2022 I visited this Starbucks location. I ordered my normal only to receive it and it looks nothing like what I usually order. Now, I am a frequent Starbucks customer at various different locations, so I know what to expect when I receive my drink. On Wednesday I received my drink, drove off, tasted it, turned back around got back in line & advised my drink wasn’t made correctly. Tried to return the drink but was advised she could not take the drink back so I had to keep it. The representative returned with the 2nd drink made correctly. I left and went about my day. I returned Thursday only to experience the exact same thing. Except this time I stayed in line, tried my drink and it was incorrect. I advised the lady at the window & gave her the sticker back. I told her my drink wasn’t correct. She acted as if their error was my issue. I advised her how the drink was supposed to be made. She closed the window, came back with a cup of vanilla syrup and said I could just pour it in my cup since that was the only thing missing. I advised this was not acceptable. She advised another drink could not be made because I drank out of the wrongly made drink. I then asked for a refund, I’m not going to argue about what my money pays for. I’m assuming the fat, bearded man that came to the window was the manager. His words were, I was told you want a refund. I said yes. He said aggressively said I need the payment method you used for the refund. Since this is my first time EVER asking for a refund. I politely said I paid with the app, do you need my card or the app. He said whatever you used to pay. I repeated myself. He said pull up the app. I pulled it up & asked where should I go on the app. He said the payment screen. I pulled up my previous order because clearly I’m confused. He said aggressively again ma’am I need you to pull up the payment screen. I finally got to where he needed, which was the starbucks card saved on my app so he can scan it & put the refund on there instead of my debit card; he scanned it & handed me a receipt. If I’m paying $10 multiple times a day for a drink, I expect it to be right. I could see if this was my first time ordering a drink & im not aware of what it should look/taste like. Starbucks has consistently been giving me hiccups on almost every visit. Either it’s caramel drizzle ordered and not received, shots of espresso ordered & not received and the list goes on. Read moreI placed a mobile order at this location today during which I was informed my drink would take 0-3 minutes to be prepared. I've never had a drink take longer than 5 minutes here until this point, however I've also never ordered a tea and apparently that was my mistake. I arrived at the store about 5 minutes after placing my order, by which time it should have been ready. The place was pretty busy considering school had just gotten out, so I sat back and waited. Another 5 minutes passed and I asked an employee to see if they had received my order. She found it and promised it would be out shortly. The guy preparing the drinks took yet another 5 minutes to prepare two beverages, working at a leisurely, sloth-like pace before arriving on my order and discovering they were out of the tea required to prepare it. Instead of brewing a fresh pot or asking an employee for help, I watched as he looked around, clearly a bit lost, and then decidedly skipped my order and moved on to the next. At this point I decided to call it quits. I had raw meat sitting in my hot car for the better part of 20 minutes and this guy obviously had no intentions of preparing my drink any time soon so I got my refund and left. I wanted to take the time to tell you how awesome and amazing your staff is at the 2630 Arapaho Road location. This Starbucks has become my premier exclusive Starbucks of choice in all of the Garland and Richardson area. I am greeted by a synergistic harmonize chorus of, "Good morning 🌄 Chris!!!" as I step foot into the store. I see smiles 😃 and joy in ALL my store interactions and transactions. I have grown to know most by name with Mia being the one I know the best who just radiates positive vibes and excellence but then I know Chelsea, Kellie, Madison, Evelyn, Chris, Litzy, Phoebe, Lainey, and Ashley. They are simply Fabulous 😍 I totally enjoy every Starbucks experience that I have when I come to this store location. I know all excellence starts from the top and is executed by the team under great leadership. Please continue with whar you are doing because it is working -- and please, please, please let that Terrific Team know how much I love them and how much I appreciate their 6 Star service out of 5 Stars 🌟 They are the Best and I will always make this location my coffee ☕ and food mecca!
