Starbucks — Restaurant in Garland

While this location may not be the best because it's not an actual starbucks with 100% of the menu, I have never had an issue with my order. The staff is always super friendly, I just wish they would put more people working during busy hours at Tomb Thumb so the wait wouldn't be so long and the barista doesn't feel so rushed and overwhelmed. I have seen staff here deal with some difficult situations with customers being frustrated because they do not offer a particular drink/food and the barista tries their best to explain that they are not a full Starbucks store and they do run out of things just like a normal store. The staff always has smiles on their faces, and I always tip these baristas more...

If I can give sporadic, absolutely sporadic, this morning I went to buy coffee and told the cashier that I needed a regular coffee with milk and sugar, and then she told the other worker to do it, but she didn't told I need milk and sugar to the worker and the worker didn't, and then I asked the male worker to refill the milk, and he filled me with a malicious mood, The kind that spills coffee with the slightest touch! Don't buy coffee here. This is the worst Starbucks...

The manager Kiera and her employee Noemi were visibly high or drunk. Noemi originally told me that they couldn't scan my barcode but she didnt even try. So Kiera came over to assist but she could barely see due to being inebriated and had no problem scanning but suggested I must've showed her the wrong thing even though I hadn't done anything but hand her my phone to scan. The whole interaction was just very weird and definitely not the standard that I am accustomed to...
