Hardee’s — Restaurant in Garner

I want to begin by saying that I work in public service daily as a County employee, so I understand how important respectful and professional customer service is—especially when dealing with the public. Unfortunately, my recent experience at your establishment was extremely disappointing.

I initially requested a smoked sausage biscuit and was told, “We can't make that right now.” When I asked why, I received no response. I then ordered a ham biscuit combo with a only a large cherry Coke.

When I pulled up to the window, the young man who greeted me was polite and handed me my drink. However, the young lady with long braids—who also took my order—handed me my food. When I politely asked for jelly, she rolled her eyes, walked away, and told the young man to “give her some jelly.” I was shocked by her unprofessional and rude behavior. The young man appeared to be uncomfortable and simply shrugged his shoulders.

In addition to the unpleasant interaction, my order was wrong. I received the wrong drink, only one piece of ham, and a large hashbrown which means i was charged for a large combo witch was not requested.

If someone is going to work in customer service, the very least they can do is treat customers with basic courtesy—even if they don’t feel like engaging in conversation. Her attitude was unacceptable and made the entire experience unnecessarily unpleasant.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed with your team. Everyone deserves respectful service when spending their hard-earned money. By the way, this was 7:25am...

Ordered breakfast a couple of times to be delivered from Postmates. Food and coffee are always HOT and fresh when I receive it. They always give me lots of cream and sugar for my coffee. The biscuits are so fresh they start to fall apart in my hands!! Love the ice coffee. Absolutely outstanding hash browns today because they were cooked in FRESH grease!!!! Outstanding and thank you for caring about the quality you serve. UPDATE 9/21/24 BLT Frisco Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich was delicious! I loved the fresh big thick chicken and fresh lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Fresh veggies made this sandwich! Now the Hardee's Original Bag Ham sandwich and double cheeseburger we're old and dry. Double cheeseburger was missing mustard, ketchup and onion! I just got a plain BURNED, hard and old burger with cheese. Also both of these sandwiches were extremely small!! Not a good deal at all!! Cherry Coke tasted like Dr. Pepper nasty!!! UPDATE 11/26/24 My Candied Bacon Frisco and Big Hot Ham and Cheese were amazing!!! I stopped here because it was convenient. My 11 year old niece was very skeptical and asked "is this the best option?" As we went in and approached the counter to order she commented on the dirty and worn-out rug, dirty floor, and yucky soda fountain. They advertise breakfast until noon so we got a Frisco breakfast sandwich combo and the hand battered chicken biscuit. We had the pick of several tables, not the cleanest place, sat down and said grace. Gotta be covered from "all hurt harm and danger." My Frisco was missing the egg and looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu. I went up to the counter to let them know, and she seemed a bit disturbed that i wanted my egg. My niece initially focused on the potato rouunds (which were good) and did not open her biscuit right away. But when she did it was a total mess. The chicken looked NOTHING like the picture and was dried up. She was gonna fight thru it,but I took it back and asked for a sausage biscuit. Assuming the cashier would give me an equivalent sandwich ( ie $4 sausage & egg) to account for the loss of the raggedy handbreaded chicken buscuit ($4.50+/-). Wrong. She just gave me a raggedy sausage biscuit. Then half-way acted like she did not want to give me a bag to go. Needless to say, I don't plan to come back to this joint....
