Subway — Restaurant in Garrett

Food is good. Thats subway though. You get what you know. However, management has trained all their employees wrong and they are unable to make sandwiches in a timely mannor. Rather than doing multiple sandwiches at once, they seem to only be able to do one at a time and no one has taught them how to do it differently. This is a reflection of management, and not the workers because they ALL do it.

Also, i asked for chocolate chip cookies. They said they had none. I said okay, ill buy frozen and bake them myself at home. (As ive done plenty of times b4 at other locations) and he said he would need permission from his manager and the manager was not there today. They lost my sale. Because management has not taught them the value of quick service and customer needs. I was gonna buy 12 cookies for a full sheet at home. Guess i need to just start going to auburn for subway rather...

This is the worst subway I have ever went too. The last 3 times the kids are clueless,and they are always out of something. I don't know if they really are out of stuff or lazy. If they are out of stuff fire the manager. It's called forecasting sales. You wont meet sales bye always being out of everything. Is there dm to this store ? How do you not see sales down on certain product and not question it ? No wonder it's never busy. This location can't hold a candle to auburn location. Must have a different dm. For the record not one subway in this area other than garrett is ever out of anything. Bad management from top to bottom. The food is great but the service was different. Every time I'm there it takes me about 30 minutes to get my food and one day a unworking employee came in to get her check with a friend and I wasnt asked if I was ordering anything and she came and told the unworking employee to go back and walk right back to the back not seeing if I needed anything and when the employee came back out and sat with me and two people came in and waited a minute and a half and no one came out and the unworking employee had to say I'll fo get them and went and got them and I waited about 30 minutes till they got to me and they seemed annoyed and diann seemed like see seemed rude to me and made it awkward.
