McDonald's — Restaurant in Garrison

I want to specifically call out Joni, I’m sorry if I’m butchering the spelling, for her wonderful service and attitude! I’ve went in there quite a few times and there’s been quite a bit of attitude whether it’s facial or verbal. But for the most part, they leave me alone and I leave them alone. I had a sandwich where the egg wasn’t cooked all the way and it was the white part and you know how disgusting that can be. So I mentioned it to Joni, and she went to give me a card for a free sandwich since it was no longer breakfast time. The manager had a disgusted look on her face. Like she couldn’t be bothered by Joni nor a customer. Thankfully, Jody got back to me with it but I feel bad that she had to go through that for being a good worker. I get they are low on people but if you don’t wanna work there go find a different job. Anywhere, right now. Don’t put your attitude on other people. Especially the customers, you know, the ones that are spending hundreds of dollars at your restaurant. The reason you have a job. Nowadays it’s either the customer has a horrible attitude or the worker does. I’m in customer service and the customer DOES NOT have to have a good attitude. Rarely ever do I go to a McDonald's but on this occasion I went to this location and ordered to go inside double quarter pounder and bacon with cheese and kit Kat mcflurry when I received my ordered whe I was in the car I opened up food and got so excited seeing a fresh hot burger meanwhile I'm so hungry before I dig I notice no bacon it broke my heart ruined my whole experience especially when the receipt didn't say bacon on it I calmed myself and said just go inside and they'll be able to fix it well go in there a kid whose on break opens the door and let's me in and asked how he can help whats wrong I explained and he said if they hand 2 strips of bacon will that be okay I really wasn't but I just wanted to eat and I understood that they maybe very busy so nodded my head yes so he when back then came back and said he's on break he can't do anything but I think somebody's going to help you I'm like okay eventually I get 2 strips of baconin container and when I went to put it on my burger I noticed the bacon was not close to being fresh it was cold I'm defeated at this point I'd rather throw this burger in the garbage at this point but I'm hungry money is tight and as I dig in my burger as well no longer fresh...

I am a local, so i have no choice but to use this McDonalds. We usually only get breakfast, and as mush as i prefer McDonalds breakfast to Burger King, at least Burger King gets my order right. I would say McDonalds gets it right like 6 out of 10 times. The Care to Quality Customer Service is just not alive and well at the Garrison McDonald's. Yesterday my I went through and wanted a Sausage McMuffin, no egg, extra cheese. What i got was the egg McMuffin, with no egg. whatever that is called. I just blew it off, because as I said, wrong orders are a part of life with them. This morning I took my daughter through, we both ordered the sausage McMuffins, mine with out egg, with extra cheese. I explained to the lady what had happened the day before, and she assured me that she would make sure the food was right. lol. I got my Sausage Mcmuffin, just the way i ordered it, however my daughter got an egg mcmuffin, with egg whites. that took a special kind of dumbass to give us that sandwich in place of a sausage mcmuffin.
