I used to be very impressed with Casey’s here in Gassville, especially when they first opened. They get a lot of business from my family because we love their cheesy pizza. HOWEVER, lately the quality has gone downhill, I have been disappointed twice in a row with their pizza. The first time I spent $13.99 for a chicken bacon ranch pizza and $11.99 for another pizza and the toppings were undercooked and NOT evenly spread on the pizza, so I had bacon on one slice and none at all on another. This time it’s the same problem, one slice was an inch thick of cheese, and then half the pizza had no cheese and it was just sauced crust. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way through and I definitely feel like I wasted my money. Whoever is making the pizza needs to step up their game. Read moreI went in this store as I normally do and a manager was loudly criticizing 2 employees on how they were not doing their job right. Everyone in the store heard what was going on and it made me very uncomfortable. This should never happen in public. I would have quit if I were those employees. It embarrassed me and i was not involved. The employee that checked me out which was one of the employees that was getting yelled at was very courteous and friendly. I had to place an order online for a friend today because the employees refused to make some Hawaiian sliders when my friend went into the store to ask for them.
