I usually have never had a problem at this Bojangles but I went through today and I had a very rude lady. She had a grudge towards me and just me because when she was talking to the customer asking what they wanted to order she sounded nice and I donât even know her. The only reason I can think of why she was rude was because I had a coupon and I had to repeat my order to her 3 times because she wasnât Listening to me and I think that made her mad. When I said âI want it bosizedâ she said it in annocence and very rude âok I got it $7.45â. I wasnât even finished with my order and when I got to the window about my coupon she raised her voice at me again. She didnât even have to do any work about my coupon, all she had to do was glance at my card. Of course I wasnât going I be rude because I didnât want her to spit in my food. Store scheduled to close at 10 did an online order to pick up curbside I got there at 8PM they were inside cleaning doors locked and I checked in letting them know I was there nobody ever even came out so went up to the door to be told they had no food come on now. When I asked for a refund I was refused a refund because it was placed online. Why should that matter my money paid for the food at this location so they should be able to refund me as they got paid for it. This store is continuously closing way before closing time and obviously because they don't want to work. No apologies from anyone or anything. Okay its a chain restaurant. So different cases per location. Food was good. Tea was obviously spoiled. I have worked in customer service and as a cook so I can empathize with certain struggles. When I pulled up they were trying to tell me the only food available was tenders Supreme tenders and fries. But they were too busy giggling and laughing to get the message through clearly. I have trouble understanding people as is. I get why our exchange was funny I laughed too but if you're taking a order it shouldn't be prolonged because your staff is too immature to deal with a simple misunderstanding properly.
