Drove up to drive thru window to pick up my online order. The Service member ignored me. So I honked horn being I'm picking up before work. Still no response so now Im 😲like what is this how unprofessional. So I struggle to knock on window. He opens yes. I say I have a pick up. He gives to me an says oh normally people push a button on a app. What I did an online order I never use a app. What buttons. I've never had anyone tell me to push a button nor ignore me if I didn't. How u go assume everyone has cells an apps. This is the 3rd mishap I've had still never received a call or credit for messing up a salad I clearly put in notes dressing on side. They put it on there then told me they couldn't honor a free salad or discount on next purchase. What 😲 the receipt clearly prints notes before hand. Word to the wise read the receipt that u take to the order. And if you can't see it you get a app to see it. 3rd time of just something. I ordered 2xs to wrap up my sandwich seperately. Still a whole footlong in past I received. I was told to call to have it wrapped separately. Really. So my mistake 4 issues actually 2 just of same issue. So at this point I guess I will order at another location. And readers I'm a kind person so please know my review is real. But I just can't deal with nonsense. Read moreI won't be going back to this Subway. I've never been so disrespected. The young lady that waited was smerking the whole time. She acted like she didn't wanna wait one me. I tried to place my order by phone so it would be ready by the time I got there. When I got to the window I told her I tried to order by phone but couldn't get through. She told me the phone was dead. I asked if I could place my order by the window and she said no. So I went inside. I was upset cause they weren't very busy. I walk with an upright walker so it's difficult sometime for me to maneuver like I'd like. I had planned to place three orders but with the service that I've got I only decided to get my son's food and not mine. As the young lady was ringing me up all she could do was roll her eyes. I left there very upset and by the time I got in my driveway I just sit in my car for a little while before I could even get out of it my sons came out and got their food. I took myself somewhere else to get something else to eat. When food is prepared by discontentment it doesn't taste good. I hope if you ever have to go there for their food. Read moreUpdate January 2025: This subway has swapped owners again, and the quality has suffered. The sandwich breads themselves seem to have gotten smaller (I dont have concrete evidence of this, but I have gone to this subway once a week for the past 2 years and gotten the same order every time, take that as you will). I have also noticed that the ingredients aren't as fresh and you can tell that when you look at the cucumbers. I think I will take a break from visiting this location for the time being. Wishing them the best of luck.
April 2024: Definitely the best subway I've been to. The staff are personable and actually care about their patrons, and their food products are good quality. If you are in the area I would recommend this one over the others...
