BEWARE BEWARE!!! Total fail. Location under new management!!!!! Just had the worst experience with this location. Came in an ordered a 21. Got home to Kings Mountain in 5 o’clock traffic and it was TUNA! A 21 has ALWAYS been Chicken salad. I called in and the people were rude and hung up on me after I advised ppl ARE ALLERGIC TO FISH AND SOMEONE COULD HAVE GOTTEN SICK! I called back in and the lady said she remembered me and that the girl was new. Well if the girl was new why didn’t she have supervision and why weren’t the tubs of Tuna & Chicken salad labeled correctly, the hung up on me again. I was told this location is under new management and it clearly shows. If they don’t have the food labeled correctly and dated what else is going on. I’m probably going to call the Health dept because I couldn’t see that well over the huge counter they’ve built to hide them making your food but I did see the tub she pulled out and there were no...
Read moreBad customer service! Placed my order over the phone 20 minutes before I even left my house and the girl said yes she got both of my sandwiches WROTE DOWN got into the store and waited 5 minutes to tell me that I only had one sub after she made the one, mind you it still wasn’t made when I got in the store and I said no I had two so she got very mouthy with me with a line full of customers in the store that had came in after I had placed a call in and still waited on them.. was standing at the register and one of the young girls mumbles “tired of the way these customers be talking to me”.. I turned around and left while they still have the sub.. sounds like to me that the girl should’ve double checked with me my ordered before getting it confused and telling...
Read moreLove going here. Food is always delicious. Staff can be a little fussy with one another and sometimes short with customers. Today one of the ladies (middle aged Caucasian lady with long braided ponytail) rubbed me and another lady the wrong way. The lady who ordered behind me informed the cashier that she has food allergies and asked that whoever was making her sandwich be sure to put new gloves on. Simple, and sanitary thing to do. Well unfortunately, the lady with the long braided ponytail copped an attitude, rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath. Like how rude. I hope today was just a bad day for her and moving forward she doesn’t have such an attitude when a customer ask for something that can prevent them from having a...
