Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Genesee Charter Township

This is the first time we have ordered from here. First my wife asked if they used sub buns or pizza dough and was told buns she then ordered since neither her nor I like pizza dough subs. Then I am alergic to tomato's and she ordered mine without guess what it was delivered with tomatoes and the dough was burned. I am not happy with a so called sub I cannot even eat. What a waste and No I would not recommend them to anyone. Called 10 minutes ago and was told that they would credit my account or make new ones. I will not give them the chance to burn and mess up another so I asked for the manager to credit my account. So far it has not shown up in my account.

Well two weeks later and still have not credited my account. Received an email from the owner that asked me to try them again. Maybe if the employees did what they said they would do I would consider it but I have to call again about the credit and really never going to call them again. I should not have to call this will be the fourth time I have called about this matter...

We ordered two pizzas- one was a chicken and waffles (that was missing from the order) another was just a regular pizza. We ordered deep dish cheese bread and a salad as well. One pizza was completely missing we instead got a Hawaiian which nobody at our house ate. The pizzas were almost an hour late from their estimated time, the pizzas were cold , the breadsticks were not cut and they were burnt and the salad was wilty with the green peppers and onions almost rotten! When I called up to the store to let them know that we were missing our chicken and waffles Pizza she apologized about being slammed and would send it right out. After an hour of waiting I called back someone picked up the phone and then hung it back up , I tried two more times with the same thing happening. I will NEVER go here again. Way beyond...

Totally unprepared for promotion. My daughter order to have our pizza's done at 6 pm. She received the confirmation number. I went to pick it up and the lobby was jammed. I waited a few minutes then walked up to check on the order. The girl told me it had been made but there was several in like ahead of it to go in the oven so I paid and and waited. After about another 15 minutes Bly to be called back up to be told they wee out of sauce and nothing she could do about it. I said " so it wasn't made" and she said " no". She said here's your receipt and the money will be back on your. Card in 3 to 5 business days. The least she could have done was give me the cash so I could go elsewhere . So after waiting 40 minutes for a preordered meal, I left...
