McDonald's — Restaurant in Genesee Charter Township

This McDonalds needs corporate to come and teach thos people manners and hospitality which is the business they happen to be in. I recieved no recipt and they never give one unless you ask. We went to drive thru and ordered. They had me pull up and wait on my food which is understandable there busy i get that. The lady handed me my food after several minutes waiting the drink tased bad so when she brought me the food i asked her if they can give me another coke please i only took a sip it tasted bad.she snatched it out of my hand ran back in and we sat for 45 minutes waiting infront. Then my husband decided to call them they said they pull around in line and get it. There was a dinner line so long. Im not gonna wait in that after i waited 45 minutes for pop. So my husband when in the drink was sitting on the counter still like they sat it down then forgot bout it. No im sorry nothing my husband ended up getting his own soda pop. Never once im sorry. If i could have wrote zero stars i would the management our rude and ill never go back to McDonalds again. Im gonna make sure i tell my friends of the mistreatment. Very poorly trained people shouldnt be the face of your company...

I don’t know who took over this location, but HOLY CRAP! I’ve lived around the corner from this McDonalds for the last 14 years and it’s never been good…food or service wise, until tonight (9/7/25 7:30pm.) I’m not joking when I say that over the years, 90% of the time, my order was completely wrong and the food was always cold. The staff always acted like it was their first day on earth. It took forever to get my food as I was always made to pull to the side and wait for my order. I began to drive out of my way to the court street location where service was much better. Tonight I was in a hurry and decided to give Genesee road another chance. It was a completely different experience. It was busy, but the line was moving quick. The person on the speaker was polite and the cashier repeated my full order before taking my payment. My food was hot and ready when I got to the last window where they told me exactly what was in each bag. When I checked, nothing was missing and all the burgers were made correct. I stopped to pick up lunch for my 3 year old. they had 2 lines open so I went to first line and pulled up to the speaker. the outer line had 1 car in it. they took his order and then 4 more cars that pulled up. the person taking the orders there was happy and wishing everyone a Happy Turkey day. The person working my line told me I'll be with you soon I am multi tasking. 2 more cars thru the out lane and I pulled over the curb and left. This happens all the time. I have usually been driving 5 miles past my house to go to the one in Genesee TWP. They have 1 line and everyone gets waited on. Last week I got lunch and they forgot my fry. I called and Carol apologized, but the fact is that we were short on lunch. I had to park for the fries to cook. When the Manager brought it out I said is everything there? she said yes so I left.
