American Deli — Restaurant in Georgia

I noticed this restaurant had recently opened and decided to give it a try. It was my worst decision ever, I experienced poor customer service. Upon entering, the staff was huddled in the back, noticing my entrance yet not acknowledging me. The cashier was more concerned with the phone call, finalizing her schedule and restocking straws again rather than acknowledging my presence. I place my order leaving to wait the 10 minutes she suggested, when I received my food the wings were not only overcooked & lacked seasoning & were cold the fries were cold and overcooked ( as my 2nd photo shows as this was the amount of 🍟 I couldn't eat) . To add insult to injury, they were an additional $1.50 as well as I had two Thin shavings of lamb. This was an overpriced, lackluster experience, and I won't return, especially considering if it's poor service & quality in the beginning, they have nowhere to go but continually down. When I tell you this is the best American deli in the city probably best American deli within 45 miles and trust me I’ve had American deli on the west side east side south side I’m from Atlanta and been eating American deli all my life but this American deli Hit every time when you order wings. I’m talking about every time, I will literally drive from old national and pass 30 American deli just to eat at this one. Second time ordering chicken tenders combo and they were like Rocks.. when I placed the order I told them about the previous order being overcooked and would appreciate if the tenders aren’t overcooked. What did I get Rocks from Stone Mountain AGAIN.. the Young manager didn’t seem to give a dam at all so I ask for my money and told the manager that I nor my colleagues will NEVER eat at this American Disaster again.
