Arby's — Restaurant in Georgia

Bad experience. Get there and there's 9 people in line and only 1 person taking orders and was obviously new as she struggled with every order.

I order a large French dip combo, extra meat. Gal didn't know how to add extra meat and had to wait some more for someone to come show her how.

Finally get my order, ask for my drink cup and she hands me a med cup and I tell her I ordered large. She informs me they don't have any large cups and I said, then why charge me for a large and not tell me that. She was going to call a Mgr and have him refund the difference back on my card.. lol I told her just to let it go, that I wasn't worried about the small difference.

So, being a team driver with my partner in the truck waiting on me I grab my bag and rush out. I open my bag and grab some fries and they were ICE COLD.

On to the sandwich... I've ordered many French dips from Arby's and am well versed in the sandwich size with extra meat. This sandwich most definitely didn't have extra, but I paid for it. My favorite part of eating this sandwich is dipping it in the auju. I open the container and it isn't even half full. I only had enough for half the sandwich. Why use such a big container if you are only going to fill it 1/4 full??

I was so hungry and so disappointed. This isn't a normal Arby's experience for me... come on folks, you...

Very Disappointed 🥺 I wanted to try the New Limited time Spicy Prime Rib Cheesesteak well my Husband went in and ordered it and no one said anything about being out of the Peppers that go on it. So when my husband got back with our food I opened it up and to my Surprise it has no Peppers on it . But I went ahead and tried it anyway. MY MISTAKE it was nasty. So I called the Arbys and ask what was supposed to be on it and the Guy who answered the phone ( he was very nice and friendly) told me that yes it was supposed to have the Peppers on it so I said mine did not have them ... he told me they were out of them and the Manager that is over him said to go ahead and sell them without the Peppers 🌶 if I had known that they were out I could have ordered something else... but no one said anything about being out of the Peppers. But let me tell you the sandwich without the Peppers 🌶 is just nasty. so needless to say I am very Disappointed with this Arbys 😕 and the Manager should not have told them to go ahead and sell them without the Peppers. I think that Manager needs to be retrained so things like this don't happen in the future No more Arbys for us ........

Not doing this bad rate because I'm a picky person! I ordered a crispy farmhouse salad with no tomatoes and they said they couldn't make one because they are pre-made. I'm allergic to tomatos! I said can yall make a salad without tomatoes. They girl said no we can't. I said well I have worked at arbys before and I know that yall can! She turned off the head set and I waited 2 minutes before they would say anything! Than someone else got on there and said is that all you want ma'am? I said yes mam! Pulled up to the window and she took my card and I paid and than handed me my bad I looked in there and there was tomato juice on my salad! Nasty cheese was dried up! Chicken was hard and nasty! I was already down the interstate so I didn't wanna pull back around! I will never show up at this arbys again!...
