Checkers — Restaurant in Georgia

My experience both times were horrible. My first visit i pulled up to the drive thru speaker at 9:55am Oct. 28th. Noone answered me. After 60 seconds of waiting i pulled up to the drive thru window where i was met by a spanish manager who said they dont open for 3 more minutes. It was now 9:58am....i drove back to the drive thru speaker and was immediately greeted by the same manager. I ordered a chilli cheese dog and a checker burger from the 2 for 5. When i pulled off with my order and began to drive and eat I noticed I'd bitten into a hot dog with ketchup and mustard. No chilli cheese anywhere. Upon further investigation the burger I was given was incorrect as well. Being that traffic was heavy I couldn't turn around so I gave the food to my nephew. I made a complaint via the receipt and mobile app and got no response or resolve for my issue. I called the store and noone answered. My visit today was the exact same minus the burger.They gave me the correct burger but my chilli cheese dog was again a hot dog with mustard and ketchup. When i turned around and inquired about the mishap i was told theyd run out of chilli and were only serving their regular beef hot dog. which is a grilled hot dog with ketchup and mustard. No refund offered no warning and no ask on if there was something else they could get me since i ordered something 2 $ more expensive what I was given and was told there was nothing they could do. Corporate needs to be called on these checkers stores. Seems they all lack professionalism and...

They were mean in an ill-mannered way. Honestly. $40+ order. We had 4 people in the car, one was a mother of the church. My son told them we had more than one order, so we needed separate bags because we were going to different places. Evidently, that was problematic. Before my son tried giving the order, the guy was showing signs of frustration like we were making him work by asking for separate bags. When my son tried giving the orders, he kept grunting and cutting him off and disappearing from the intercom. This he did until finally he just got off and someone else came. She said he told her we kept changing the order, which wasn't true, and mother explained very politely that she thinks it was the bagging that he didn't want to do so everything can just go into the same bag and we will separate it. None of us were rude to them. I can't prove it, but it's true. We were told to pull to the side by the frustrated man we ordered from first. ...and they just left us sitting there. Just sitting. After 10 minutes or so, my son's friend got out to see what the wait was. They had our food just bagged and sitting in the drive-thru window. No one tried to bring it to us or let us know it was ready. Of course, that made us all frustrated. My son's friend left the bag because he was angry and he left the window in disbelief. When my son came behind him to get the bag, the employee told my son to tell his friend that he needs to fix his...

Worst location they have in the entire company. I’ve been to many checkers but this one is just utterly terrible compared to the rest. I came to this location at 10:32pm on 12/22/18. Waiting in line which is normal, places get busy, 3 cars ahead of me. The women says for me to hold on for a minute or two, so I wait. All 3 cars in front of me get their food, AND THEN she starts to take my order....so I ordered just 2 chicken bite boxes. I pull up, pay, and wait. Then wait some more...7 minutes go by and she asks me to pull up ahead...so I do and then the car from behind me proceeds to pull up to the window and pay. After they paid, they got their food and left, before the women even tries to deliver mine? He had a much larger order to because they got 2 bags full of food. Then 6min after that she finally walks to my car and brings me my food, at 11:05. I waited over 30min just for 2 bite boxes and they didn’t even try to apologize for making me wait, or tell me even why I waited so absurdly long...I use to go here twice a week, but not anymore. Stay away, go to another checkers, these guys have terrible...
