I've been a long time customer here. The last few times I've ordered from Suxian have been terrible experiences. This is unusual because they've never had issues until now. I don't know if there's new staffing, management, or they've just gotten very complacent. I ordered Sesame chicken and rice, and chicken fingers & fries. The chicken fingers were ghastly. Old over battered and tough. The fries were soggy. They didn't follow the instructions with the rice. And the Sesame chicken was HORRIBLE! The chicken was either old or freezer burnt. The chicken was tough and the batter was soggy. And it wasn't because of the sauce. The sauce WAS on the side. The delivery wasn't prompt like it usually is. I do understand it's the holidays, and they get busy. But I've been ordering here for YEARS. And busy hasn't ever interfere with their service or quality of food. They've now forced my hand. And I can no longer be a loyal customer at this establishment. I'll give it ONE last try. But if things continue to go south. You guys are going to lose a very loyal and...

Food is great. Huge portions, low prices, website has easy access to ordering online. From top left to right: Beef lo mein, beef and broccoli, general tso’s chicken, egg rolls, and fried dumplings.

The lo mein has real lo mein noodles, and absolutely hits the spot. The homemade sauce that comes with the dumplings is wonderfully vinegary with a hint of sweetness- perfect. Rice is fluffy, fried rice is the great Americanized version we all know and love.

It seems any Asian (but especially Chinese) restaurant gets a particularly large amount of negative reviews around here. It feels like racism has a large play in the negative reviews for this restaurant specifically, like seriously, anyone see the idiot who complained about finding a THING (a scallion) in their food? Gasp, herbs. The horror.

Anyways, if you’re looking for hearty portions of some great American Chinese food, go here. Don’t be racist, it’s really...

This was my first time eating here . I ordered the beef and mixed vegetables and fried rice with egg in it . I will say the fried rice .. BOMB .. real good , vegetables .. excellent , really good as well it was celery in it which is weird but still good . The only thing that was the problem was the BEEF .. very disappointed it was tough I could NOT bite into it , it was chewy , not tender at all . I’m honestly thinking it wasn’t even real steak or “beef”. So I immediately called when I got home and realized and they gave me a hard time all I wanted was for them to make me chicken instead . I told them they didn’t have to make my whole order I can just bring them the beef back . They said because I touched it they couldn’t make it I would have to pay AGAIN for another order . But now I know for next time to get CHICKEN ....

Got the food and the egg roll was good but it was refrozen and you could tell that it was due to the dark color from being refried. The food was just terrible got chicken and broccoli lo-mein and it tasted like cat food and looked terrible. The chicken was dark and tasteless looked like it was boiled. The broccoli had close to zero crunch and looked and acted as it was fake obviously wasn’t. The flavor of the noodles and the consistency was terrible almost overcooked. The sauce was the worst looking. Lo-mein should not look like this the chicken should be white and full of flavor holds it shape. Should have crunch to the broccoli and the brown sauce should be bursting with flavor and have multiple colors to it this looked like soup sauce. Couldn’t even finish it threw it out.
