Ordered a pizza at 7:05 pm. Tracker shows pizza came out of the oven at 7:19. Called stored at 8:20 and asked why my pizza had sat under a heat lamp for an hour. Was told driver just left the store with my not so fresh order. Got a call at 8:31 that the driver had just left the store. Got $30 worth of cold order at 8:40..1 1/2 hours after ordered and 1 20 minutes after it left the oven. In addition, seems I was lied to by an employee about the delivery already having left the store. Sent the pizza back to the store as the pizza was very cold. This is the 2nd time in 4 months this had happened to us. I let it go the first time as mistakes happen and just nuked the cold pizza. The 2nd time it happened I figure it's a pattern. This store has gone downhill fast in the past 6 months or so. No way I would feed my family a pizza that sat under a heat lamp for 1 hour and 10 minutes. I have been told that this manager under schedules delivery drivers. I live a couple of miles from the store. There is NO excuse for this. If you are not going to deliver in a timely manner, shut down your delivery service..please. I sent the pizza back to Dominos, placed a new order at Marcos, had my hot pizza in hand in 30 minutes and it tasted better. Have used this Dominos for 25 year and have always loved it, but will NEVER order from here again. Too bad another Dominos can't deliver to my house. Read moreThe past 2 orders have been bad. The order today we finally just cancelled. Tracking showed our Pizza in quality check for 35 mins., when we called to find out why and what was taking so long, they told us it wasn't even in the oven yet. We told them at this point to just cancel the order and refund it, the girl was having a hard time communicating, she seemed to not understand anything my wife would say to her then she said it had been refunded and just hung up. I don't know who Brittany is, but her name came up on both orders we have had issues with with. They just don't care. No problem, Pizza Hut got a pizza here hot, fresh and fast. Dominos has always been my favorite pizza, but it just isn't worth it. I guess I will have to start using Pizza Hut. What a shame. Oh, and you cannot review, comment, or even report a bad order at Dominos UNLESS the order is delivered. WOW! What a way to hide and get around bad reviews and reports. Customer gets upset, cancels order, DONE, no way to communicate issues to other customers, and no communication to management without calling. I would LOVE to teach a class on customer service there. But, it would help unless people cared and wanted to do better, and we just haven't seen that...

I was trying to download food delivery app to see who could help with a deal. Did I tell you it was 12:25am and knew my changes were slim. I remembered Domino’s. The first blessing, the location delivers. Hallelujah. The second blessing, when I signed in there was a deal for a free medium that I forgot about. Hallelujah. - So I placed a order. I sat a watched to tracker and the time go by till around 12:58pm. Then 1:15am. By this time I thought they had closed and just let my order sit. Third blessing- As I was leaving my living room to go back to be a tracker text said Ronda was on the way! HALLELUJAH! I was so happy they didn’t push my little order to the side! She came y’all! My order got delivered after closing time and she was felt my happiness.
