I ordered pizza at 11:30 pm, 30 minutes later I received an email saying "sorry the order didn't go as planned." I was unsure of what it meant so I called the store and they were closed. I had assumed that they were closed and not going to deliver the pizza and wings so I just went to sleep. IThe next day I left from the garage and when I arrived back home I noticed that there was a pizza sitting on the rails at my front door and the wings were resting on the ground with only bones around it and one wing left. I reviewed the cameras at my house and apparently she dropped the pizza off on the door and left without calling or anything she just sat it down and left when there was no answer to the door. I called the next day and sat on the phone for 50 minutes listening to the advertisements before the robot lady finally just said "Goodbye" and hung up. Then I called again the next day waited 20 minutes for the lady to answer saying "good morning, our systems are down and we can not take any orders call back in an hour" I explained that I was not trying to order only to make a complaint she said "Still have to call back in an hour" I called back in 2 hours and do you know I sat on the phone for over 31 minutes waiting for someone to...
Read moreWE live in Stone Mountain and have ordered from this location many times. This has been my experience for November-December 2021. Ordered pizza, delivered in timely manner. Opened box - slice missing!!??? Called store, offered to send pict, manager said no problem he will credit my order. He did not. Ordered pizza (December 27th) at 5:58. At about 6:15 it said our pizza was on it's way. At about 6:40, the tracker said it was delivered. It was not. Called store and no answer. I drove to the store was told the tracker was not accurate and we WOULD get our pizza.
Person on duty was ALONE! One person working. And that person was running around trying their best but they told me my pizza was on the way, they would not give me a refund or cancel my order to call the corporate office.
Went to McDonalds (ugh) and went home. Pizza delivered a few minutes after 8:00 PM. We refused the order. I have sent an email to the corporate office and they acknowledged they received the email and that is the end of that. No other response. If you order, do pick up. Do NOT do delivery. That was $50.00 for 2 pizzas, geez. ...
Read moreI cannot believe that I am still on the phone trying to get my (paid for) pizza delivered! They sent out a new driver who got lost and then called a wrong number, then returned to the store. When I finally called I got argued with then put on hold, then told I was wrong (he read my phone number back to me which was the correct #), then put on hold again, then he told me that it must be my mistake because they called the number! Then I was put on hold again! (this took about 15 minutes). I kept asking to speak to Sophia (the manager) and could only get a guy telling me that SHE says I gave them the wrong number. No apology - my fault. Finally I call back and beg not to be put on hold and a nice guy named Shawn informs me that they are remaking my order (something they never bothered to tell me), and it will be delivered. A simple mistake is fine, it happens. The horrible customer service is NOT ok. I'm a great tipper. I understand minimum wage jobs are hell and I try to make up for it.
