I order from this location frequently because it’s so close to my house. Mistakes are bound to happen, especially when you order from somewhere often, but the way you handle mistakes speaks volumes. I ordered a single bacon pie using my points and received my delivery with literally a sprinkle of bacon on it. I didn’t ask for a cheese pizza so I brought it back to the location, requested a remake and also requested my delivery fee refunded since I was inconvenienced & it’s now technically carry out. I was told I could either get the refund and redeem my points again after 24 hrs or just take the remake. I asked the GM if I could just go home and they redeliver it (call it what you want but I PAID for delivery of my correct order so that’s what I expect). She said sure so I went home. An hour later, no pizza. So I call them and I’m told the driver is on the way, 5 mins. Another 30 mins pass, I call back and then I’m told my money was refunded and I’d have to place a new order LOL. So I do that and PAY FOR IT since my points are not redeemable again tonight. I go in there to wait for my order and after about 10 minutes, I’m rudely asked by one of the workers if I need something as if I was bothering her by being in the store and not simply on my phone waiting on my order. Another 25 mins and I finally receive the pizza….a whole slice had burnt cheese and no bacon. I just took it and told them to have a good night. The whole staff is unprofessional and petty. I placed an online order and stated I would have it delivered by 3:15 pm. By 4pm I still did not receive my order. I called and spoke to a girl and she said they only have one driver. I asked her if I could have the tip refunded and I will pick it up. She passed the phone to a manager and she quickly raised her voice and got super rude. I let her know that I am not upset and not speaking to her in no type of rudeness for her not to be speaking that way to me. She STILL got rude and ghetto and hung up on me. I called 6 times and she answered and hung up. Finally on the last call she answered. I asked for the managers name which she said she's the manager and her name is Jessica .which I found out she's not a manager, only the asst manager. I asked for her complaint/corporate phone number and she laughed and said she don't have that and hung up. If you guys call and get her and she starts to get rude and ghetto please call and report her. I found out so many ppl already complaint about her .. corporate number is 734-930-3030. She needs to get fired ASAP.. or someone in that location needs to teach her manners and respect and education. I will not order from there until she is GONE!!! Gluten free is unpredictable here. One says they don't have a separate cutter as they cross contaminate everything without concern. Another says, "does it really matter?" They remake it with hate attitudes slamming stuff and mouthing off.
Toppings are missing, but you pay for it ahead of time so I guess it doesn't matter. Burned? So what, its cooked to them. Made wrong, offered a coupon but you can't eat the coupon.
Waited another 20 minutes and remake was wrong too. Meanwhile pizzas falling from oven to floor. Pizzas tossed to shelf and pass thru to hit the floor. Side items fall from the counter to the floor.
They have a staff problem. They have a folloing instructions problem. This is a management problem. But the people there are "all equal managers". Drivers can sign in for work. Others can't sign out to go home. Redo of dropped made wrong is also backing them up.
Given the choice, drive on past them and save the stomachache ache. Pre-order several hours in advance left us standing in the store for over 40 minutes and almost missed the game. Another night ruined because we gave them...
