The manager there is absolutely horrible. She does not listen, nor does she has patience. I told her I want one of their hot signature, caramel craze lattes with only two pumps of the caramel, because I like to taste more of the coffee than the sweetness of it no cinnamon, and she literally made it twice and both times it was extremely sweet the last time it was more milk than it was coffee absolutely horrible. She said she would make it one more time and then I said yeah after that you can just give me my money back and she said well I’ll just give your money back now, as if she knew she was not going to make it right . And then when she gave me my money back, she snatched her hand away so quick almost dropped the money but instead thank God, I only drop the receipt in the water next to the second window.She got an attitude she gives terrible customer service. The black guy with the dreads does extremely well and he is actually the one that should be the manager . And then when I told her that I always get these every single day, she says well I’m the manager here and I this is my first time seeing you. Read moreI ordered through the app one of the new holiday drinks. When i arrived, I was told they don't carry it. I asked for a refund and the employee said they can't do a refund on app purchases. I asked for the manager and she said they don't give refunds. I asked her how to get one through the app and pulled up the app. She didn't want to help me. She said people do it all the time but she didn't know how, shrugged and walked away while I was asking her for some type of help. I said to her customer service involves actively listening and at least attempting to resolve the issue. She shooed me away and turned her back. I told her that behavior is very unprofessional and she just kept saying "thank you". I switched to this location because of the subpar service at the Lavista Rd location and this one is just as bad. Read moreThis was my first time ordering inside rather than using the drive-thru, and I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I waited at the counter for service for far too long, as the employees seemed more focused on the drive-thru, which I understand since it serves more people. However, I felt completely ignored.
When the manager finally took my order, it was rung up correctly, but the sandwich I received was not what I ordered, and the iced coffee tasted off. I asked them to correct it, and they did, but overall, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I would suggest that they be more attentive to their dine in customers.
