I had such horrible service today and I feel very disappointed. I spend lots of money at Dunkin, when I say everything day, literally every day no matter what time of the day it is. I've made it a habit for my lil furbaby as well especially Saturday mornings. I always get him a plain egg and sometimes a pup cup. I rotate with this location as well as the one on 92. I always get a latte and pay for a extra shot of expresso otherwise my latte is nothing but milk. The fact that I am there every day, I know how the coffee looks when I get my extra expresso, no matter which location I am at. The other day, I asked for extra expresso bc I paid for it and I could tell it wasn't added, the lady that said she was the general manager was sooo ugly to me to the point where the employee at the drive thru was apologizing to me to when the general manager turned her back and went to add the expresso. Mind you I paid for it. To be honest, I was calm bc I honestly didn't know what she would do to my coffee. Today, I came back to the same location, same thing happened. My latte looked as if it was just milk so I knew the extra shot of expresso wasn't added. The same lady who said she was the general manager was there. I dreaded her. She came and said, extra expresso is in there, then she got on the speaker mic thing and asked the person who made the latte, did you add extra expresso...Instead of her asking the guy if he added a shot of extra expresso, she automatically said it was added without 100% knowing. I said ma'am I am here almost every day and I get the same thing, I know how it should look. I also added, I am paying for it and you're literally arguing with me... She was sooo rude. She never went to add it and again, I paid for it. She continued to argue. I am hurt and so frustrated. I hate when little moments like this screws your day up. I always get exceptional service at the Dunkin on 92 in Woodstock. They know me at this point. Who wants to go through this when they only want their food right and what they paid for. I called to the store to get the owners name, she hung up in my face.... I then got the customer service number and filed a complaint... To a person who is reading the reviews, if there is closer Dunkin to you, go to that one, do not go to this one. Listen, I enjoy spending money to get what I want but I be damn if I'll spend my money and get treated with poor service at the same time. And I know I spend a lot of money in Dunkin considering I am there almost every day. Be kind! If it's not right, make it right if you can! Apologize when you are wrong! It doesn't...
Read moreI’m not the one to make reviews. However, this really disturbed me and I haven’t been able to get in contact with the owner yet. By no means is this against Dunkin or the owner of this location, and the owner is a very nice man I have had several conversations with from coming to this location. I have also met other workers that I have had pleasant experiences with. On 3/28/23 at 1:51pm, I went through the drive though as I usually do around this time to get my toddler an afternoon snack. I was the only car in the parking, like usual. I pulled to the drive thru with my window up, because I was checking to see what my child wanted before ordering. I then rolled down my window to order. I said “hello” twice for someone to respond. The employee responded and he said had asked several times to take my order and no one said anything. I immediately apologized and told him that was my fault because my window was up and I just rolled it down. I asked if he was ready to take my order, and he responded “OBVIOUSLY SO IF IM HERE”. I ignored the rude comment and proceeded to order. I had planned to order more food, but after the rudeness of the employee, I ONLY purchased the doughnut. I drove around and paid. I asked the employee his name which he ignored the first time and on the second ask, he responded “I DONT GIVE OUT MY NAME FOR SAFTEY REASONS”. Even my toddler said, “Mom, why is that man being so mean”. I was still the only person in the parking lot. He was not business with other customers inside or drive thru other than myself. I wanted the owner to be aware of this, after years of being a loyal customer to...
Read moreBeen here many times and it’s typically hit-or-miss (like the usual dunkin experience). Today was an absolute mess, and Coleen (manager) is not helpful at all. I ordered a drink and a sandwich but only received my sandwich. I waited for my drink, and then Coleen was very short with me. I was first told to pull around, then I was told to park. I pulled around to double check what to do/where they wanted me to go. I was told over the speaker that my drink was at the counter but when I got to the window I was told to go park again. Waited 10 more minutes in the parking lot and no one ever came out, and none of the workers looked like they were making my drink. Only 2 other cars went through the line during this time so it wasn’t like they were slammed with orders. I decided to leave without my drink, and upon opening my sandwich to eat it, I see it’s completely burnt.
Also, the sign is so dark you can’t even see the items on it, and it’s because their back light turns off at a certain time. however, there is also a bright spotlight above the sign that signs directly into your car, blinding you, and casts a shadow on the sign making it extra difficult to read.
I know it was early in the morning but all the workers seemed disorganized and no one would give clear directions on what I was supposed to be doing, or shared any insights on what they were doing to fix the situation. Some extra communication and general kindness can go a long way. I know the workers are likely young and this is probably a part time job, but like, try...
