I was very disappointed today. I’m not the one to complain, I hate to be a Karen, but I was VERY disrespected… Me and my boyfriend went to get coffee around 5pm today. I ordered three ice coffees. (With extra cream and extra sugar) Well when I put the straw in my coffee the straw went through the cup. Which was totally my fault. The manager Nicely remade it for me, with no problem. Well when i drove off, I tried all the coffees to make sure they tasted right. Because I’ve went home so many times, and they didn’t put extra cream and extra sugar. So I tried it before I left. Well they taste like they didn’t have any sugar in them.. So I my boyfriend went to the window, and asked them to fixed it while I was cleaning the car out from the spilt coffee in the car.. They handed him a cup of sugar and cream for him to pour in there. I just felt like that was unprofessional, why would we want to make our own coffee? 😳 That’s not even the bad part… well I asked the manger if she could just remake them, again she was very nice and told me yes. WELL, as I stood at the window I watched the manger hand the coffees to a girl named Hannah… and she rolled her eyes while I stood there and said “what’s the problem” and she continued to stand their holding my coffees just rolling her eyes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. So then i knocked on the window, to tell her my problem. She was yelling at me about me wanted to fix my coffee that THEY did wrong. You shouldn’t treat your customers like that, and yes I did yell back and yes I did tell her what I thought about the situation. So Hannah if you see this, if you hate your job just quit.
Not to mention when I got the coffees back, they had no ice… the manager told me “I’m sorry I haven’t had time to get ice today so we ran out” The first set of coffees definitely had ice… But they ran out when I wanted my coffee remade. 🙄 So all of it was plain out disrespectful, and it’s not how you...
Read moreI would give zero stars if it was an option. I took my kids into the gas station side while my wife went through the Dunkin’ drive thru (was only 1-2 cars behind the person ordering). We spent awhile in the gas station (10 mins+) being indecisive. When we came out, we hopped back in the car where my wife had just ordered. After she ordered, we waited another 15 mins and the girl finally opened the window and said “I’m sorry, what were you waiting for?” My wife told the girl she’s waiting on her drink. The girl looks confused, walks away, and comes back a few minutes later and says “will you please pull forward we will bring your drink out.” We wait about 5 more minutes, and nobody comes out. I stand outside the car, and the girl comes out to bring the car that was behind us 2-3 drinks out. I ask her what’s taking so long, we’ve been there 30 mins by this point. She goes back inside. The manager and another girl come out and say “what’s the problem? My employee is in tears?” I tell her we’ve been waiting for thirty minutes for one drink. She asked “why the escalation?” And I said we have been waiting a really long time for our drink and it still hasn’t been brought out to us. So the manager starts rushing back inside and says she’ll just refund us. And my wife told her they have horrible service and the manager said “so why even come here then?” The other girl, not the manager, brings us $5 out and doesn’t even say anything to us. If we had known it would take more than thirty minutes and we would leave empty handed, we would’ve never attempted to go...
Read moreI have been going to dunkin for years..I must say this is the WORST DUNKIN I have ever seen..The employees at this Dunkin are so Rude and Disrespectful..You really need to watch what they are serving to you..These young employees cut up and play all the time..I have actually seen them with hairs all over their blouses to putting their fingers in coffee..I have also heard them gagging in the back at the cooking area. I have witnessed all of this myself..I had brought this activity to the General Management which has not done anything about it but decided it was better to get rid of the customers that complain instead of the employees because they can't keep much help so trying to hold on to what they have regardless of the Rudeness and Disrespect.. If you go to this Dunkin..go at your own risk but at least you have been told what happens at this one. Not all Dunkins are like this one.. Others I have been to are very Respectful and treat their customers with Kindness. I definitely would not trust anyone at this Dunkin to make anything..because you don't really know what their doing to your order..My advice is if you do go here..Please Please go inside and watch them make your order..otherwise you will regret it...
