Hangry's A&E Grill — Restaurant in Georgia

This has quickly become our new favorite place to eat! Great menu and great prices. We try to go after our granddaughters swim practice 3 times a week since we have little extra time. She loves it too and Matt and Aaron are the best! They have a great staff that goes out of their way to make every visit a super great experience!! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Best burgers any place!!!

I just had to add after reading the reviews below that I am disgusted to read such ignorance! We have come in with tables full of police eating as well as people of color and they were treated every bit as kindly as everyone else..these are NOT racists and you should be ashamed to accuse someone of such a thing just because you got mad at not getting to eat that day! I knew they ran out of food and had to turn some away and I knew some got mad...we just ate at arby's that day but for anyone to make that about race is a prime example of ignorant race baiters! You make it about race when in fact your panties obviously got in a wad cos they didn't properly judge for the extra groups that came in that day and had to turn several away and even closed early...SHAME on you all for trying to ruin a NEW business with your hatred and ignorance! You have no validity to your ridiculous claims that your husband was turned away over the color of his skin because that is as ridiculous as your accusations! Bless your poor husband in the years ahead if he has to put up with a woman that would try to deliberately hurt others based on anger rather than the facts!!! Management rude. Waitress horrible. Will not return. No ice. No sweet tea. Up charge without telling. Be sure you know what you are ordering, when you order. Should be called Angry’s.

To add to what he said below... we never asked for a large. Your waitress assumed we wanted that. I do not live around here to know the difference, I didn’t read your menu, I just placed my order. I assumed they were all the same. Most places do confirm what size you would like... my exact words were “sweet tea”, I never said a size. I assume you have taught your employees to automatically give a large. I wouldnt have been ordered had I known you were not going to even have sweet tea. I would have gotten water. My father was the one to correct. And how your waitress handled it was in plain view of us and your reply about “I would have made him pay”, with what I am sure had another word added in, was uncalled for and should not have been heard by paying customers. As for my attitude... there would have not been one had I not see your reaction, what I believe you called my father, and the other words I heard your mutter under your breath. I stop into Hangry’s 2-3 times a week. They are a little out of my way, but I do like stopping in for a burger, pork, or even a grilled cheese (which is really good too!) I have been there right after they open to right before close. No matter what time I go they have full tables. They have top notch food and it is always served how I want it. Add this or take that way from something, it doesn’t matter that is how I get it. There has been an odd time when they run out of pork, or potatoes, but they always have something ready to make. To me that is a sign of a good restaurant. If they are that popular they run out of something they are doing it right. Be warned to get there early to get Brunswick stew that stuff is like gold and goes fast. Matt and Aaron are great guys, as are the rest of the staff.

I also want to add, I read the negative comments below. Trust me Matt and Aaron are top notch people, they run a great place and the claims of those two reviewers are so far off base it is not funny. People from every possible ethnic group eat there all the time with ZERO issues. Things happen in the restaurant business, food gets eaten and when you have larger than expected crowd’s things run out.
