Unbelievable. I was so excited to go here to grab some food for my lunch break because it looks so good was exactly what I wanted and it said that it had a drive-thru. I arrived and waited happily and patiently in the Drive-Thru line for a solid 25 minutes three cars ahead of me. When it was my turn at the window the first thing I asked was did I need to order ahead of time and the nice lady said no you order here so I did so I ordered a large meal with three desserts once she stepped away from the window and without missing a beat a random dude who seemed very agitated said something to me I said I'm sorry I didn't understand you he said did you order ahead of time I said no I just checked though I didn't think I was supposed to it's my first time coming here he said you need to pull forward and come inside and get your food I was a little bit confused but was going to because I really wanted the food so I said okay he pointed his finger for me to pull forward without saying a word I realized that the lady still had my card and I asked for it back he said we will give it to you inside I said no give me my card he gave it to me with the receipts one to sign is the merchant copy I really just could not believe what was going on I no longer wanted the food I took both receipts told him never mind and said thank you anyways and pulled away before I even left the parking lot notification dings that my purchase was confirmed I've called The merchant who has refused to refund this unauthorized transaction to no avail and then now taking matters to escalate legal action. Read moreThe tilapia sandwich was bland and I was given fries with no seasoning. When I asked for hush puppies I was told it would be a 30 min wait. Then when my food came I asked for tartar sauce and was told there was tartar sauce on the sandwich. I said "yes, well I would like some on the side" and the cashier says "50 cents". Well like a lot of people I hardly carry cash and I had already paid so I hand him my card and he tells me he can't run the card for 50 cents. He finally gives in and gives me the tiny container of tartar sauce and says "I'll give it to you this time". Now how the hell was I supposed to know I'd be charged extra for tartar sauce at a SEAFOOD place? Just ridiculous...smh And the tartar sauce wasn't even all that! It tasted like some mayonnaise and mustard concoction they came up with and it was yellow! Last time I checked, tartar sauce was white. Now let's talk about this poor excuse for pound cake that they're selling. It tastes like it came from a discount grocery store bakery's clearance rack. It was spongy and stale tasting. I took one bite and threw it away. This was a very disappointing experience, and now I see why they have a sign at the counter that says "All Sales Final". Read moreI ordered food from this place about 5 times on the Uber Eats app. The food is ok and is one of the only restaurants open late in the area. However, the last couple of times I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats, I had missing food. The last order I made did not include 3 of the items I ordered. I contacted Uber Eats to resolve it, which they did however, I also wanted to contact the restaurant to let the manager know. I WILL NOT order food from here again. One thing I cannot stand is a place that do not treat their customers right. If I am showing you undeniable proof that I ordered from your restaurant and food was missing, do not tell me I am wrong and that you guys check everything before the order leaves the restaurant because I know what I ordered and I know that I did not receive everything that I PAID for. The guy had an attitude and said the manager does not come in until late, like 11 pm when the restaurants closes. I never heard of a manager coming into a restaurant right before it closes and he is not there any other time. Stop treating the people that give you business poorly because sooner or later, there won't be any people at all to support your business....
