I called this location at 8:35, well before their listed close time of 9PM. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza from the young man that answered the phone and provided my name. I was told the pizza would be ready in 5-10 minutes so I drove right over and arrived at 8:45PM to find the front door locked and no employees in sight. I pulled into the drive thru which was blocked by a red Camaro and sat behind this person until 9:03PM when they finally drove away with no pizza(?).
I pulled up and was promptly informed by the employee that they were closed and were no longer taking orders. I told him (he sounded like the same employee that took my earlier order tbqh) that was not a problem, since I had ordered my pizza 25 minutes earlier and it should just be waiting on me to pick it up. He looked around for a few minutes then asked the woman what to do. She answered, “Tell him we don’t have it. Do you want me to tell him?” He told me that the mysterious other employee that left work in the ten minutes it took me to arrive “didn’t put my order in the oven.”
At this point the manager girl walked over to handle my issue. She said, “He shouldn’t have taken your order over the phone, as we don’t take phone orders after 8PM.” This would have been important information to provide me before taking my order and throwing it right in the garbage, but at this Little Caesar’s this poor set of decisions was apparently my fault.
When I pointed out that both the ingredients and an oven were available in their kitchen, I was given a cold stare. I then offered to take literally any pizza so my time and gas were not completely wasted by the twin tides of incompetence and indifference that were threatening to engulf me. When this offer was given a similar indifferent stare I was forced to drive away and take my business elsewhere. I order from Little Caesar’s all the time but this location is unable to fulfill even the most basic functions of a pizza place....
Read moreIf I could give them ZERO STARS I would! Went into the location and there werent any hot and ready $5.35 pizza ready. There was one extra pepp prizza for $6 and change ready. I asked to see the pizza and the pie looked as if it had been sitting for a while! At first it was a young lady then she rudely walked away and a black gentleman (manager) came to the counter from the drive up window , at which time I asked him why there wasnt any $5.35 pizza available... he states to me that he didnt have to have any up until 4 pm and if I wanted one that I had to wait for 30mins I then asked another question and the gentleman replys by asking where I work at and if he could come by my job and ask questions! At no given moment did I lose my cool or say anything aggressive towards this guy which I reminded him of! I asked for the GMs number and store number. I was given a number to a guy who was what I thought to be the GM.. When I called him his tone was very off as you could hear kids in the background yelling and crying! I hung up from him and contacted corporate by email survey and also phoned into the 800 number! When I reached the 800 number the lady was very nice and told me someone would contact me and that my concerns would be forwarded to the store owner. All this being said I will never give Little Caesars at this location a penny of my money due to the lack of customer service! The GM needs to be fired and the store manager needs training on how to deal with people! It really hit a nerve with me and it wasnt the money but the lack of professionalism that hit me! We are trying to support local stores in the area but never again will I or any of my neighbirs step foot into this location! THANKS BUT NO THANKS! The power of the...
Read moreI just left this location, this was my very first time ever visiting a little Caesars and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I placed an order for BBQ wings and pepperoni pizza. I was told to park, and they would bring it out to my vehicle. 15 minutes passed, and I still haven’t received my order; therefore, I drove back to the window to “check” on it. Upon my arrival at the window, the girl asked what type of vehicle I drove. At this point, I’m super confused because.... I mean.. we’re in a drive-through, I’m IN any vehicle. I told her what kind of car I had, and then she proceeded to ask me to repeat my order, which I did. Then the girl left and came back and asked for my receipt. I looked confused and asked, “why do you need my receipt? I was just in line.” Then she turned around and blatantly asked, “Well, did you pay for it?!” At this point, I’m confused as ever and said “Why and how would I ask for a specific order without paying for it?” as soon as I asked that she handed me the order (that was already prepared) through the window. I asked her at the window for her home office’s number, I left and called the number, and the same girl picked up the phone. It was the direct store’s number. I proceeded to ask for the manager and was met with he couldn’t give me the home office’s number, but if I wanted to, I could go to their website and call them. I have never in my life been accused of stealing anything I have never been treated so rudely over an $11 order of pizza and wings, and I will...
