Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I came here for a quick meal; ordered a pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings. I was told it would be 10 minutes. Go to my car for about 8 minutes, and then back to the restaurant and have a seat. The guy that took my order asked me "what was your order?" I told him, thinking he was going to go get it. So minutes later, when the customer who ordered right after I did gets his food first, I'm confused and ask, "how much longer for my food?" He then proceeds to tell me, "it didn't go through," and just put the order in. What??? How did the guy who ordered after me order go through, but not mine? And why wasn't I told that when he asked me what I ordered?? I order my food at 1:59 PM, and got my food at 2:23 PM. I was handed the food, no "sorry for the wait," just a "take your food attitude." Never coming back to this one again! I hate waiting for food, but wouldn't have minded the wait, if there was more...

It seems like it's best to order in person. Online or over the phone just does not work. This is not the first time I've ordered delivery and received the wrong order. I CAN'T eat pepperoni for dietary reasons. I get violently sick and this is the THIRD TIME I have been given pepperoni pizza I don't know if pepperoni is just the default order and they charge you for what you actually want ? One time i ordered through Doordash and they were able to help that 1 time but not this time. They credit me $2!! $2!??? For a $16 order??... Im just disappointed honestly. I only gave 2 stars because if I order in person, it goes better but im not able to always drive up, which is why I'm willing to pay a delivery fee.

Im there once a week and most of the time the kids in there working are focused and there to work it seems. Then last night complete opposite. I called ahead like always they said 10-15 min. I got there my husband went inside and sat down to wait he paid and gave his name. Mean while the people working were all over the place hugging, dancing around, laughing, and of course on their cell phones. I finally went in after 28 min and asked what was going on and the girl acted like she has no idea there were customers waiting and opened the hot box...Well look at that it was there in the box and by the taste of it it had been there at least the 28 min we had...
