Horrible, careless workers. I placed an order for 2 subs through Uber Eats and when the driver got there, they told her they were out of the meat for 1 of the subs I ordered, and when she gave them my alternative option, they told her they were closed for the night and had put everything away. I used to work at subway…. There is no way they could not have made another sub unless they were completely out of stock. It takes zero effort to go to the back and get the food to make ONE sub. Instead of caring about customer satisfaction they decided to be careless and lazy and give me 1/2 of an order. Read moreI ordered 3 subs. 2 Turkey 1 cold cut. One of the subs was made wrong. I did not notice it because I’m visually impeded so I didn’t notice them putting on the wrong meat. But once I got home I noticed they made one of the subs wrong. When I went back the two workers was rude. Especially the young guy. The female employee was upset but was willing to remake my sandwich after some back and forth so I guess I give her credit for that. Read moreDO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! I am a HUGE Subway fan and usually have a decent experience every time. This location has completely changed that. I went in today and noticed neither of the employees were wearing a mask and they were confidently walking around like that. The employee making my order put on her mask HALF WAY and spoke to me in the rudest manner. I’m typically a very nice customer and like to give benefit of doubt. Impossible with this experience. The amount of toppings given was shockingly low compared to every other experience.
